I will never visit this location again. Waited on a mobile order for more than 30 minutes. Tried calling several times and no one answering the phone.Entered the building and stood at the front for over 10 minutes without even being acknowledged. Waited an additional 10-15 on the manager. The waitstaff is also rude. I would not recommend this location.
Food was good & prepared as requested. Restaurant was short staffed with only the cook & one waiter who was attentive (although he was pulled between 6 tables). A group of schools bus drivers commanded the majority of the poor waiters attention as they complained about everything. Frankly, we hurried to finish our meal & leave. 3 of the 4 individuals spoke loudly enough that their conversation dominated the entire restaurant. Frankly, we hurried to finish our meal and leave. I believe adequate staffing would have been a deterrent in his situation.
Had to wait over an hour for my pancakes. Most of my party had to wait about 45 minutes for theirs. When I got it the pancakes were mediocre. Would not recommend.
I never saw my waiter/waitress. I stood at the hostess station for 5 min before being seated. I'm not sure what was going on. Next thing I know I determined the manager walked out the back, I guess. I saw him and another employee on a smoke break. I have so many questions. I won't be returning anytime soon. I only went there because it was so different years ago.
Our server was amazing. She was the only one there, and even had her daughter there doing her online school work, and was doing a better job helping her customers than some fully staffed places I've been. I'll definitely be coming back. Food was good, even tho they ran out of onion rings before I got there lol but that was ok. They had signage posted that they were sometimes low on certain things due to nationwide shortages, so I knew I was taking a risk on them not havin somethin I wanted.
Wanted to go to ihop mid day came in the guy at the front was nice friendly set my teenager daughter and my 6month old to booth gave us menus it was fine. The problem came in to where no one never came we sat there for 15mins and it wasn't even busy there strike one. There were 3 other tables where sitting we sat in the area behind the hostess station. Strike 2 waitress just kept walking by one of the was vacuuming. It's not like we were alone in the corner we sat across and behind the other people so it's not like we wasn't seen. Was getting impatient so I Said I'll wait til the clock strikes 345 and then we are leaving. She just kept walking by no one said anything looked at me I'm just like can't even get a drink order. That was absolutely ridiculous so me and my kids went elsewhere thats didn't make no since I can see if it slammed packed I could give it a pass but nope just a few people. Won't be back to that location
I went in and had an amazing waitress Sam was on top of it she deserves a raise. I will definitely be coming back because of her
I stopped in for an early lunch.. and ordered quite a bit of food for one person. Lol! It was ready super fast and we both had an inside chuckle at the breadth of my order for one!
Stopped by I Hop on College Drive because it's closest to my house. As usual, had to wait awhile to be seated and service as well was slow, and the food was cold. I'll probably go back because of location.
Excellent customer Service! almost had an embarrassing gift card moment but it worked out. Our server was so wonderful, just beautiful!
