THIS Huddle House is terrific! The food is hot, and delicious! Our waitperson Courtney is always wonderful, and great under pressure. She makes you feel at home! Highly recommend!
We took our grandson to our local Huddle house in Suffolk, VA. We appteciate the way the entire wait staff provided superior customer service, especially our server, Amy.she accomodated our ever need and was very pleasant. She made us feel like we were her main priority. I watched her wait on other tables around us, it seems to me that she treats all if her customers that way! The food was tasty and cooked exactly like we ordered. Thanks HH and staff our Sunday morning breakfast was a complete success!
Went here on a Saturday morning, was pretty crowded but we did get seated quickly, server came over and took drink order, came back with drinks took our food order, which did come out about 20 minutes later, the food was hot and delicious. Will be going back when in the area , great little place for any meal from what I saw on the menu.
I stopped by for a quick bite to eat and some coffee Sunday morning. The cashier was very accommodating and got me my food quicker than promised. Price was a tad higher than maybe a Waffle House or ihop but I think it’s worth it. Highly recommend this location and I want to especially recognize the outstanding customer service.
I came in at 430am for the first time. I pass this place every morning because im a truck driver and finally decided to stop. I walk in and the waitress is sleeping at the table and the store employees at the convenience store told me I had to order online instead of sitting in. I just drove 10.5 hours. I'm starving and now I can't get service because the waitress had a bad night. I asked if I can just give the cook my order and pay and was told I can't. I tried ordering online and that wasn't working. Long story short I'll never be back
Omg the baked potato was huge!!!! Don't order anything with it besides topping lol. It was so yummy. I was stuffed and happy when we left. Waitress was on point yet not bothersome ? we'll be back
I like this place... They have great food and always very friendly. I gave four stars because I wish it was a little cleaner. Someone was mopping last time I was there and when the waitress came close to me I happened to glance at the mop and saw all kinds of grossness under the counter. It was something I can't unsee.
I placed an order and I did not get the 3rd item of my order.Missing blueberry pancakes that my dad was excited about. Also, I don't frequent this location much anymore but the front lady was very nice and I miss coming here after work.
The sorry staff allow customers to accumulate and congregate in the entrance without even acknowledging them because they are “short staffed”, and then get an attitude when with customers whom they’ve either intentionally or unintentionally overlooked. Thankfully a competitor gladly took my money.
