This has been my worst Chinese food experience EVER.The Food:I ordered shrimp toast, fried dumplings, and a large order of beef with mushrooms. The shrimp toast was passable but not very good. The dumplings were flavorless and undercooked. The beef with mushrooms was mostly carrots and snow peas with very little beef or mushrooms (canned mushrooms, btw). It was also extremely bland until I added salt...which is impossible to stir in when in those cardboard take-out containers. I understand going low sodium and I don't like food to be very salty, but this was horrible. I just wasted $28 on food that was almost inedible.The Service:I cannot complain about how long it took for the food to be cooked. I ordered, left my house, drove 10 minutes, and the food was waiting for me. The staff was friendly, but they are STILL overdoing it with the Covid restrictions and in stupid ways. Customers are blocked from getting within ten feet of the counter. Credit cards are placed in a food tray. The cashier comes out, takes the tray back, and swipes the card without gloves, puts the card with receipt in the tray and brings it back for you to sign. They only have one pen for all the customers to share.Even though Covid is basically over as a major health threat with vaccines and the much less dangerous Omicron variant taking over, I understand people still wanting to take precautions. Simply paying lip service to precautions, not wearing gloves, not offering sanitized pens, and not allowing the customer to approach the counter, at the expense of the customer experience is just bad customer service. Either do it right or don't do it at all.

New to the area and are looking for “our” Chinese restaurant. This place definitely won’t be it. Sweet and sour sauce was so watered down, it had nearly no flavor. Both the sweet and sour chicken and the general tso’s chicken were mushy. Vegetable fried rice had chicken, pork, and shrimp in it.
The food was good.I enjoyed it.The chicken wings got smaller.I haven't had them in a long time, but they were good
The staff that interacts with the customers seem very unhappy. I observed the young lady that was pushing out orders, scoop out rice with her hands.But most of all, my food was cold and some of the beef in my beef and broccoli was undercooked. Also, the store itself is filthy. Dust falls off the ceiling fan at random.Can’t believe this place is considered the best Chinese food restaurant in Suffolk.
I love there wings and fries ?
On a less than a ten minute ride home, the juices soaked through the bag and onto my seat. The bag broke as I lifted it and spilled some on me. Beef lo mein was bland and mushy.
This place is always good the best of Suffolk all the others need to take notes or sit down.
They are great. From start to finish. Order is always right and they don't take long.
