If I could give them zero stars I would. I ordered a large fry small cheeseburger and a drink. I ordered at 5:23 PM on 4/10/22 which was a Sunday. As I was pulling off, I grabbed a fry and immediately spit it out. It was cold and tasted as if it had been cooked 2 or 3 hours earlier. I touched the outside wrapper of the burger and it was cold. I didn't bother to take a bite. The soda was horrible flat with absolutely no taste. I definitely won't be back. I guess I should have some of the reviews before visiting. I also notice that management only seems to respond to good reviews smh.
One car ahead of me in drive thru and I waited 20 minutes.Person at the window was very nice though
Purchase 2gallons of tea and worker didn't put cap on tight abd tea leaked un my tot bag.
This was in no way loaded. Might have had 3 pieces of meat in the whole omelet. Sad at best. Seems to be like this at most hardees too. Definitely do not recommend this sandwich at this restaurant as long as they serve it like this. I know it won't look like the picture but come on....it's not even close.
I have gone to this location several times. Every time you get into the drive through line you will be waiting 40-50 minutes. This is not a fast location. Food is good and people are present. Just slow to move customers through the drive through line.
Food was good Service Sucks.. People are very rude and they accidentally forget to put something in your bag they give you Attitude for asking what you paid for
Biscuits were hot and soft,had plenty of bacon.Will go back again for sure.
The Hardee's in Suffolk is terrible. The prices seem like they have doubled, and you may as well just pull up to the drive thru and just say give me something because the order is never correct. We have stopped go to this Hardees...
