WOW!!!!This is a very bright and open floor plan restaurant that is very clean. Our server Gabbie was awesome. Our drink order was taken in just a couple of minutes. When I asked for hot sauce Gabbie suggested that I try the sauces made in house. She brought a sampler of 3 different hot sauces that was really favor full. Trish had the street tacos with 3 different proteins and was very pleased. The corn tortillas were perfectly cooked.Gran Rodeo is the real deal!!! We have tried several other Mexican restaurants in the North Suffolk area and this is the best so far
In Virginia for the Boo Williams tournament. Went there after are last game. If you want bad service and getting scammed go there. Ask for an itemized receipt other wise they will charge you full price for crappie margaritas premaid during happy hour. Taco Time would have been better. Go at your own risk. Do ask for an itemized receipt. Would not recommend this place to anybody. Forgot. My food came out 8 min. After my wife's and it wasn't that good. Like I said Taco Time would have been better.
Bright, clean restaurant. First time here. The fresh guac was very good. Our server was excellent. We were greeted right away and he took our drink orders first before us ordering the main courses.Food came out quickly. All pretty tasty. I appreciate their food not being overly salty. Well seasoned. It's hard to find a non-salty restaurant nowadays. I will definitely be back again to try other dishes!
Great service, food was hot fresh and delicious. Balanced amounts of meat in their dishes and good portion sizes. We were a party of 2, both very well enjoyed Gran Rodeo and do plan to return. We had birria tacos and trashcan nachos. Also, their guacamole is great!!!!
Gran Rodeo has delicious food that comes out to the table quickly. The chicken tastes very fresh and cooked to perfection without drying out. Their salsa and queso are also very good to where you could eat them as a meal themselves. The staff are friendly and very accommodating.
We went for lunch it was a little after 11am. My wife, daughter and myself were the only customers at the time. It took the waitress probably 5 mins to come for a drink order. Then every bit of 20 minutes to come back for a food order. The food was very bland and seemed to have been frozen and re heated. Even with us being the only customers at that time the waitress couldn't keep a glass of water full. And I question why there was a box for hair clippers laying open on one of the back tables near the restroom. As I said we were there around 11 which is when they open however the men's restroom had toilet paper on the floor and shoved between the wall and stall. I do not recommend going if you want decent food. Chipotle is definitely better quality for the same price.
Very courteous waiter. Good atmosphere. Food was very good...The only thing I didn't like was after I finished my dinner it too a very long time before the waiter brought me the check. Actually I had to wave to the waiter to get his attention before he brought me the check.
I ordered through Door dash and received my order, but it was the wrong thing. I called the restaurant to let them know there may be a discrepancy in the online menu. They checked and discovered the mistake was theirs. They made a new order and brought it to me promptly. Excellent customer service! Will definitely order from them many times in the future!!
Love this place! Food is so flavorful, service is quick. So far my third time here, had the street tacos and of course a margarita. The guacamole is perfect ❤️
This is my 2nd lunch visit...and will not be my last!! The food is so fresh and flavorful. The service is speedy and as for my chip salsa and white sauce...keep it coming. So good! This trip I had the LUNCH FAJITAS: Steak, shrimp or chicken served with flour tortillas, salad, and rice or beans. I had SHRIMP!!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
