Had a bad waitress. Needed more training we had to ask for everything. Then everyone gets their order and looks really good. Mine is over cooked and dried out and I told the waitress and she took it back and was to bring a fresh baked zita and she is back in no time with it boxed up ready to go which I am sitting with everyone eating from their plates. She then proceeds to bring me a bowl to put it in and I notice she just took the burn noodles out and placed the left over order from the start from the original order in the box and it was still dried outCOULD NOT EAT IT! I have always had good food at this restaurant. Very disappointing! Will give it one more try!☹
I have been dinning here for more than 13 years and I have never had a bad experience. Last week visited again for my birthday dinner and man I am glad I did. I was having a hard time picking from all the delicious options on the menu and some would say that what I picked was not a great choice of such a special occasion but it was amazing. I chose to have the margarita pizza but added prosciutto. This my friends was one of the best pizzas I have ever had. If you are feeling like you would want to try something new give this a try. The saltiness of the prosciutto with the sweet of the Roma tomatoes was such a great combo that I think you would all enjoy. Thank you to the staff for another great dinner with my family. I was attempting to celebrate my 50th birthday on Friday night, 3/4/2022, the wait was 30 to 45 minutes, I was told. I provided my telephone # and was told I would be called once a table was available to accommodate seating for 4. I sat in my car and waited, no call. After an hour, I went to another restaurant to celebrate my birthday, never received a call from Gianna's. Very disappointing!
RACIST ESTABLISHMENT. My family and I were seated, however no one EVER came to the table to greet us, take our drink orders, food orders, etc. A family was seated after my family right behind us and they were greeted & also served bread. Restaurant didn’t try to resolve issue or even apologize.
We are new to the area and wanted to try this as it was close by! We spent $25 on a Buffalo chicken pizza to go. It probably had a total of 5 pieces of chicken on it, which I didn’t mind because it was extremely dry and hard to chew. I’m pretty sure old chicken was just “sprinkled” on in a rush. The crust was great though especially when dipped in ranch. Would not recommend and won’t be going back!
I used to love this place I have to change my 5 star to 1 star today unfortunately. Every time I go I always call and ask to make sure the cook JJ is there. Someone lied and told me yes, he was there. When I got there they said he hasn't been there for weeks, out due to an injury. The bill was 103 dollars and my dish was disgusting! My noodles was soggy and way overcooked and my dish had no flavor. It takes me 40 minutes to get there and when I was leaving it took me over an hour to get back home. The whole trip was such a disappointment even my waitress was poor in her defense she stated she wasn't feeling good and still requested to come to work anyway. I brag about this place because the food WAS so delicious however, if JJ is not there I will never return! I travel way too far to get to them and their prices are way too high for me to be so disappointed. I gave my waitress a $20 tip and she couldn't even remember to bring the bread to the table. I'm so sad about this, Lindsay did try to help but it's so much you can do when the food is unacceptable, overcooked, and disgusting and your waitress is sick not one time did she ask did we need a refill! JJ please get well soon it's yuck without you! My poor friend who I invited and bragged about the food and services had to experience the awfulness.
So yummy. My stepson wanted the cheesteak pizza, not my preferance but it was sooo good. Calimari for an appitizer was also yummy and carrot cake to bring some. Its a huge slice so im eating it 1/4 at a time. 10/10 reccomend and will be back.

Our server was one of the best servers we have ever had. She knew the menu, was personable, helpful and efficient. Gabby is our new fave and the restaurant is great, too!
