Excellent place to dine in or take out. Big selection and portions. Spaghetti was very flavorful. Grilled chicken salad was filled with chicken like no other place I've dined. We enjoyed talking to our waitress, Alice and very much appreciated the wonderful service.
Enjoyed my visit here. Cozy atmosphere and attentive staff. A bit pricey, but the quality of the food just about makes up for it.
Prime rib was good the aju was too salty for me. Broccoli was excellent and the boom boom shrimp was awesome. The chicken and rice soup was good too. Service was ok. We showed up at 8:30 so I'm sure she was getting tired. But she got tipped accordingly. Almost a 5.
Friendly service, okay food. Over all a decent experience. Low key atmosphere. Great for families and catching up.
The food and service was good, but a customer in the dining room was talking extremely loud on his cellphone and his conversation was peppered with obscenities. The waitress came by our table and apologized, but the manager did nothing to ask the customer to go outside and finish his call or leave. There were other customers in the dining room besides me and I felt bad that they had to endure the rudeness of the man on the phone. There are plenty of other places in town where I can get a meal and spend my money. If this man's behavior is tolerated at George's, I don't need to come back.
It was okay the fish tasted funny and shrimp was way over cook and fries was Soggy my 1st time going After highly recommended $68 but the shrimp appetizer was more satisfying and had a lot more flavor than anything else we ordered
If I could give zero stars, I would. The food was ok, but the way it is handled is disgusting. Our waitress' nails touched the food as she was serving it and her hair was all over the table. While waiting for our food, we noticed a lot of playing in the back and even saw someone put their arm elbow deep into the ice machine. It was later in the evening, so some of the waitresses were eating their own food. We watched ours get up and fill our drinks without washing her hands first. I have been coming here for years but this is not acceptable. It is very simple to have good food handling skills but they were not visible at all!!
This is my go to restaurant when I want tasty affordable food with a quiet atmosphere and great wait staff. The Greek Hamburger steak, the burgers, the fries, their bleu cheese dressing. Spaghetti, flank steak...all yummy.
I've been coming here for over 30 years and never had a problem until tonight. I couldn't even eat my food. Burger came out soggy and couldn't pick it up to eat it. By the time a replacement came my Fiance had finished his dinner so I just sent it back and didn't even eat bc i was so adjatated. The waitress was super nice and very apologetic.
Great service and food. Food comes out nice and hot.
