Great new location for burgers and concretes aka milk shakes. Definitely try the PBJ& B. The concretes are amazing and they have shoestring fries. Also offer a veggie burger. Go check it out.
My first time there today. Used the to go window for my order. Loved the shoestring fries, haven’t had those in a minute, and the A1 sauce mushroom steak burger was tasty as well. What was negative about my dining experience was the customer service; the server forgot my drink and didn’t give me any napkins with my order. Had to take at least 1 star off for that.
This is my first visit here I ordered a single burger not knowing how thin the patty was. It wasn't much bigger than the slice of cheese. They are actually steak not ground beef so it was tasty. The fries are shoestring, not my favorite so I had onion rings, very tasty, not breaded but battered. Next time I'll have to have at least a double or triple burger...do they make them thin to upsell the customer?!?! My friend had a patty melt which he enjoyed.
Burger is tasty, place is very clean, food comes out in a reasonable amount of time at the right temp. Prices are in line with other quick visit restaurants. The vanilla shake was not very good, but that is outweighed by everything else. Lastly, the staff is exceptional, maybe the best I have encountered at a quick, casual place.

So we’ve had this place a few times now. However the first time to me has been the best so far. Though the burgers are amazing and they’re pickles are the best any fast food place uses, the past 2 times I’ve tried ordering jalapeño fry sauce for the fries and was not given it like they used too. And we order the gummy worm custard twice now as well and neither times have gummy worms been in them?

Waited nearly 30 minutes before asking about my Son's chicken tenders and Onion Rings and My Lettuce Wrap. Finally go ask the manager what's the ETA on the food and our order Number was nowhere to be found. So after another wait My son finally got his tenders and my lettuce wrapped burger was nowhere to be found. I used to love this place but I can no longer recommend it. It's a shame, really.
I Love the custard. This is my favorite place to eat. It says a lot when I think about the burger combo with the custard late at night after they are closed. The staff is awesome. I want a combo right now as I am typing this. I can not say enough of this place. The managers always takes care of the customers. Sending a special shout out to Mr. Alex!
