First time at this location and the customer service was horrible. I wasn't greeted or spoken to while standing at the register even after I spoke to the young woman named Anayha who was standing there looking at me behind the register. The entire time I was waiting for my food her and another employee were arguing playfully and using porfanity. This was a VERY unprofessional environment and VERY uncomfortable. This took place around 6pm 4/2/22
This happened on Wednesday, March 30. Pulled into the parking lot around 8:30. Knowing they closed at 9, I figured this would be acceptable. The two women working very visibly frustrated when we pulled up. I could see them through the windows. Seeing this, when I opened the door, I asked if they were about to close. She ignored me. I asked again, and after shrugging her shoulders, she said “I guess it’s ok.” I said, “Nevermind, I’ll go somewhere else.” I understand being frustrated if someone comes in 5 minutes before close as I would never do that. But 30 minutes before close and you act that way? Really?
Great subs, but they are expensive! And the service is sometimes slow.
My company had a catering order. The manager (owner?) and his team were FANTASTIC. The customer service was great and the food was wonderful!
Subs were so delicious, the gentleman who made them was so friendly. Will definitely be back
Place has bad customer service as well as disgusting subs. Ordered a a sub with everything on it and when I got home I didn’t get anything on it. I could have did a lousy sandwich and not have to be charged for it at home .Also place needs to be checks for cleanliness Got a bad case of diarrhea after eating there.
The manager guy is extremely rude. He gives off an attitude of: “hurry up and give me your order and money and get out of here”
So after a long hard day of work I was craving the fire house chili. I come in about 45 minutes before closing and boom no chili. The way I see it, the staff doesn’t care about customer service or the job getting done right. It’s the little services and details that’ll make the experience great or poor.

Firehouse is an excellent place. They recently raised their prices and they are on the high side for subs. If they do it right, nothing beats them. Today was not their best. Normally a 5 start place but I think their prices are getting too high.
