Didn't realize a small sub was actually something a child could eat. They should say a kid's sub. Meat was very good though.

I have eaten firehouse sub sandwiches all over the country and I have to say this was the worst sandwich I have ever eaten. The meat and the bread were cold, the meat was not shredded (like ALL the other firehouse) and it was basically some mayonnaise slapped on the sandwich with some cheese and cold meat. When I called, the guy was rude and then said sorry and hung up. I called back and asked for supervisor and she said I can come by and get another one. I told her that I am not from the area and that I work at the hospital and I am only here for work. I cannot leave work when I am here. The only thing she said to that that I can come by tomorrow to get another one, which doesn't help me at all. I am a travel nurse and only here to work. Worst experience ever!!!!

Fast courteous service and very good food. Wish they had an option for either a tuna or chicken salad sub though.
I went today for lunch it was great only waited 15 minutes they had several customers and one was complaining however she seemed like a “Karen” it was sad that when the young man served me he apologized first! It was a great lunch and I hope the owner realizes they need to be present more! I feel bad for the staff :(
One of the guys threw a box into the kitchen cause he was mad, my sandwich came with a chunk ripped out of the bread, they gave us an empty chip bag, the lettuce on my sandwich was brown and old, and on top of all of that they didn't even give us pickles even though we SPECIFICALLY asked for extra. I'm speechless...
I would give this place zero stars if I could. Not only did they take too long getting our orders (and we were the only ones in there) but the day after we ate there I got violently sick. Since we ate dinner at home the night before, and given that my housemates also didn't feel good, we figured it's food poisoning. That place needs to be investigated.
There was two people working a young lady and a male, which I later found out was either the owner or manager. The lady had to take orders and make the sandwiches why the male did not offer assistance. When she asked him to help out she was ignored and the customer left saying, "this don't make no sense. He can't help her? I'm never coming back here?
Sub was very good! Store was clean. Comfortable seating.
I ordered a steak and cheese sub and the bread was soggy! The best steak and cheese in town is from America’s best wings. Far more better than than this place!
