I ordered a fish sandwich online, for delivery. My wife got the shrimp and fries. The shrimp was good, but there were only a few. The meal was mostly french fries. The fries were ok. The hush puppies were really bland. The fish sandwich was big. For $8, it was actually pretty huge. I ordered it with hot sauce and got none. The only other sauce options were honey mustard or barbecue (who does that?), no tartar sauce or anything you would actually want on a fish sandwich.That being said, the fish sandwich WAS tasty until I got a mouthful of bones halfway through. One or two bones is to be expected in a piece of fish. It's near impossible to get them all but it felt like that fillet hadn't been deboned at all. I split out 10 bones and inadvertently ended up swallowing a couple that got stuck in my throat. But for that experience, this would be a four star rating.Quality control is important. Also, loose the barbecue sauce and offer something that actually belongs on fish.
It's a very small very old building with just a few employees. Sometimes the wait can be quite long!! I went to pick up a doordash order the other day and they told me it was going to be an hour wait on the chicken. Other than that the food is good. I highly recommend the liver and gizzards combo! It is always busy so folks seem to really like it despite the wait times
Stopped by Feather-N-Fin last night around 9:00PM to introduce my friend from Houston to their gizzards, but ended up just leaving. The cashier, Kesha, was rude, unprofessional, very negative disposition, impatient, and acted like she hated her job. She literally walked away from the counter while my friend was ordering food and directed another employee to the counter. Needless to say, we didn’t eat anything from there. And I will make it a point to report her conduct to her superiors.

Good food I have been going here my whole life. If you want sweet tea make sure You ask if d made it. Don’t go here after 8:30 that’s when the drunks and crackheads come out.
As always, the chicken breast sandwich with cheese was de-lish-shus!! Purely delicious! They cook them fresh, so it was nice and hot. The bun was soft. I thoroughly enjoyed my combo. The cashier was friendly snd funny, singing a song about no more gizzards. Lol! When the craving hits for chicken, I head to Feather 'n Fin!

Stopped by here for the first time in years.The food was good as always.Price was a little higher than I expected.But we all have to look at the cost of everything right now.Prices are way higher than normal.I had been talking about this spot to my friend.I finally took the time to stop by.I have to say she was amazed.The food was so fresh and tasted amazing.I will be returning sooner than normal.Years ago I went here every weekend or everytime I was in the area.If you are in the area and want some good food.You have to stop by.
