Might be the biggest joke of a coffee shop I’ve ever seen constantly don’t have espresso or whipped cream or Carmel I mean multiple times a week this has been going on since the start someone needs too step in and run this store correctly or close shop your constantly losing business and customers daily.
Seriously. Seriously? Used to come here almost daily, however will go elsewhere. Today- no dark roast, no WRAPS, no donut I requested.... Nothing in stock, been like this for at least 6 months, always out of something. Disappointed, wow.
Quality of products and lack thereof really pushed me to never give dunkin my service again. The one in the pilot on 58 has great employees but they tend to make the coffee incorrectly. The dunkin in churchland on western branch blvd is complete trash. The employees are rude and hateful.
Love the regular people who work here. Almost always get the order right unless they are slammed! That's to be expected though.
Yesterday was a good experience, got the new drinks I came for…..today? Out of pretty much anything and everything. At least they closed the drive thru so as not to trap people in and waste their time like I’ve read before. Can anyone explain why this is a constant issue? Can’t they better prepare on the amounts they get shipped based on demand? I’m kind of dumbfounded here. (Would’ve given one star if yesterday had been a failure Also)
Although they were very busy the service was fast. Very accurate, too. The order was pretty basic(two medium iced caramel lattes with no whip) they tasted great. The French Crueller and glazed donuts were VERY fresh!
Stopped in and got a coffee and had an employee rudely hand me my coffee. A young lady with blonde hair. Seems she could careless about her job. The other young lady behind the counter was apologetic when I needed more sugar
Waited in line over an hour. Got to the order speaker & was told no sandwiches, no bacon, only coffee & donuts.Went inside to find the place in complete disarray. The staff inside was running around doing there best. I don't fault them for this. They were trying their best. But you can only be as good as your leader. And the manager at this location is constantly dropping the ball. After speaking to not only the employees but others in line. A gentleman who says he has visited this location several times. Management is never in and when they are blames it on corporate.Either get a new manager or get 2 new managers. Ridiculous.
Worst Dunkin experience ever. I put my order in online fir drive thru (which is closed) but my baby is sleeping in the car so I don't want to have to take him out of it . But then it cancelled my order without telling me so I go in to pick my order up and they say they don't have any thing for me. So then I have to take my sleeping baby back out to the car to get my phone to show them but by that time it says that they gave me my money back on my card. So then I tried to order what I originally ordered and they can't do any type of lattes at all.... Why are you open then? And why are you still allowing people to order through the drive-through when it's closed? It needs to be stated on the app that your drive-thru is closed so that I don't have to take my sleeping child in for no reason since you couldn't even make my order anyway. Thanks for my horrible ride home.. he screamed the whole way. Never ordering here again.
It was a Sunday morning at10:18 am, i said (Good Morning) and i did not get a reply, the clerk (kathleen) was looking straight at me, then i said it again, Good morning still no good morning reply, she only said waht do you want? i ordered Power breakfast and a small coffee. After that the employee that prepare the food asked me what did i ordered then i told her my order.I was the only one at the food waiting area, then more customers came after me and ordered.They got their food before me and the clerk called every time the food was ready.when it came to my food they never call, they just put it on the counter.WOW!!!!!Horrible experience, poor customer service, Iam not bother about the food, the only thing iam bother about is the standard customer service which is (Good Morning how can i help you today or what would you like to order was( NOT) there at all. It felt like (Kathleen) was bother about being polite and respectful. I gave one star because they don't let you put zero.Thank you for reading.
