New crew works faster so you are not waiting in the drive thru lane burning up time during your morning commute.Highly recommend the hummus/red pepper toast. It's just enough to satisfy you and fill you up without making you feel bloated and overly full. The red pepper/pesto grilled cheese is also delicious.
love the coffee. tonight's in-store visit not so good. I arrived at 6:00 p.m. they close at 7:00. as the associate approached the counter after my arrival I greeted her by saying hi how are you no response no greeting from her. her tone was as if I was bothering her. I selected two bags of coffee took them to the counter and ordered a cup of hot coffee. she was kind enough to tell me that I'd have to wait for the coffee to be brewed because she just emptied and cleaned out the canister. no problem for me as I'm traveling from Florida I was willing to wait for fresh coffee.
The drive through was backed up so I went inside. It took over 5 minutes just to be greeted. They were out of donuts at 1130am, so I ordered a bagel sandwich with a drink. My order number was placed on the screen as complete within 1 minute then cleared however it took 20 minutes to get my food. They used the computer to tell corporate how fast they are, however 30 minutes for coffee and a bagel is completely unacceptable.
I've been coming here a lot lately for cold brew. They always fix me a delicious coffee. I have no complaints. Thanks y'all!
Did a mobile order. The moment I walked in this establishment, an employee asked if I had a mobile order. My order was prepped and the staff, Maquesha & Mary were such an awesome team. They even made sure to ask if I had a straw. The restrooms were insane clean. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for quick yet friendly service!~ Thank you for having our order made so quickly and correctly (and for those smiles.) Been a long road trip... thank you. If we weren't in a rush we would have loved to enjoy that outdoor seating.
You can never go wrong with a Dunkin Boston Creme donut! I love their Stuffed Bagel Bites and the Refreshers truly are refteshing. Great customer service at the drive thru.
Stopped in, got a coffee and a doughnut. 3:30 on a Saturday. Every surface inside the store was dirty. Bathrooms were dirty. Service was ok.
Terrible staff. I have given this place chance after chance after chance! Always terrible. They are always out of everything! My grandkids wanted some donuts and an avocado toast - They were out of both. And not to mention they were out of both at 4 pm! This is outrageous.
Donuts always cold and heavy. I tried 3 different types and they were all heavy not light and airy. Maybe because I grew up on Krispy Kreme donuts ?♀️ The coffee was good.
