Don't order here. Last night, a sat, they had one driver. Over an hour after pizza was out of the oven and no pizza. Inept Manager got mad, and cancelled my order and hung up on me. Driver was actually at my door (driver told me later) with the pizza when the manager called him and told him the order was cancelled and not to deliver it. I was giving dominos one more chance, and that was it. Constance dominos, because of you, i will never use any dominos again. Thanks. You are a terrible business with a terrible track record.

When you call the number for the store, you go to a call center and when they try to patch you through, no one picks up the phone. Original delivery time on website said 23 to 43 minutes for delivery. After an hour, got a text that Kendra was in the way. After another hour and several more disconnected and unanswered calls, went to the store for refund. They said our order was ready for pickup and they only had one driver. No communication or remorse whatsoever.
Dominos has gone down hill bad. They charge you $1 extra on most of their menu items if you want delivery plus their delivery charge. They also charge you almost a dollar extra without telling you for chicken or bacon. The only reason I caught it was because I've ordered the $5.99 deal enough to know what the total for 2 medium pizzas should be after tax. The excuse I was given: "chicken and bacon are premium toppings". Yeah I don't think I'll be coming back.
We used to get Domino's at this location growing up, but ever since covid hit, the place went from absolutely phenomenal to complete sadness. I do not recommend ordering from here.. They hardly deliver anymore and the pizzas are never right anymore. It's a wonder that they're still open.
Said they had curbside service and they did not, by the time I realized it and had to go in my food was cold. I ordered extra cheese and did not get it. The garlic parmesan chicken wing's where awful !?
By the time it gets there, it's bedtime. I should have known better than to try dominos again, especially after working there years ago and knowing things have only gone downhill. An easier way to cancel an order you placed over an hour prior would be ideal.
Ordered online, “quality check” took over45 mins. When we finally received our order the pizzas were not fully cooked and one pizza did not have all the ingredients. When we called the manager told us the ovens are not working correctly and the district manager knew about, but yet they still continue to send out not fully cooked pizzas. While we were on the phone the manager just stopped talking when asked questions. They said they can remake the pizzas but we’d have to come pick them up. Well if the ovens aren’t working, why would we go get more uncooked pizzas? What happened to pride in your work/food you are making and decent customer service? Just some things to think about.
When you ask for extra marina sauce, they barely put any sauce on the pizza period. This happened to me three times in a row. They are sauce stingy!
These guys are great! Friendly staff and hard workers. Will fix your order if it's wrong. Overall, I am glad that these guys work in our area. Nice hometown feel!
