Im very glad I stumbled upon this place! Very nice vibe! I got the Wednesday wing special. Very tasty especially the old bay wings. I got the blue bayou crush as my drink. Drink was extremely good and gave me a nice little buzz. Our server was excellent (wish I had caught her name) but she checked on us several times, Was knowledgeable about food and specials and gave suggestions. I definitely will return!
Abysmal service with no concern for the viability of this business. I personally waited 15 minutes at a clearly-visible inside table to be waited on for food (as the beer is self-service). I finally asked a man who appeared to be the manager AND had walked past me three times whether I needed to "do something different" to get a food order in. He acted as if I had just materialized out of thin air. This was on a night when the place was about 1/4 full, and at least three servers were working inside. I decided to move to another table outside to get a different server, and to avoid the lousy music, that was too loud anyway. The brisket I ordered had been chopped into sub-atomic particles, and would turn anyone off to brisket forever, if it was their first time eating it. Others from my group, but not seated with me, experienced the same general lack of attentiveness. The problem gets worse, though: I was part of a large group that planned a social event there on Wed. June 15th. Multiple calls to set up this event went unanswered, so we moved the event to another location, costing Decent People hundreds and hundreds of dollars in income. The owners apparently have little connection with the business, or simply don’t know how to run it. If Decent People fails, it won’t be because of COVID, but because of inept management and employees. At least my eventual server Hannah was motivated to make it good experience. She should be put in charge of this place before the doors close.
Not sure that I would go back...three of us and all three plates were cold. The steak was warm on the outside and COLD on the inside (ordered MED rare), the fries were cold as if they were the first things cooked and sat on the plate waiting for the burger to cook. Very disappointing.
Had a lovely time, it was my first time coming here. Great experience ??
I don’t know what is going on with the staff. EVERY time I go there with friends I received poor customer service! I have given them many chances and it’s only getting worse ! There’s is not one employee there that is pleasant. After multiple unpleasant experiences, I will never go there or recommend it to anyone! I am disappointed in myself for giving them the benefit of the doubt.
Service is lacking, bar drinks and food are inconsistent every time I go. The nachos are always served cold and always have to be sent back. Also, stop deleting people's honest reviews about your place.
Super nice place! Just visiting the area and went here for lunch because they allow dogs on the patio. The beer and food were great and the service was phenomenal! Definitely going back!
Lovey spot to stop in for a drink and try something new out. They have trivia night and bingo night so I will absolutely be back. Friendly staff and very cool environment. Amazing cider selection and such a fun idea for a tap room. We didn’t eat here but the food looked amazing
Excellent burger, and fantastic beer selection
Self service is neat. The food wasn't bad but could use some improvement. The tuna bites were great. The "spicy" wings didn't seem to have any heat whatsoever.
