Two cars ahead of me but very slow. I realized, after leaving, that my order was incorrect. I shouldn't have left window without checking first. I saw three cars in line and decided it wasn't worth it. I had my drink and side; no sandwich.Would not recommend. I've had issues here before.
Been here about a dozen times. Always fast, friendly, and good food. Prices are cheap for what you get.
Threw out my food after I left the drive threw. Hush puppies and quesadillas were obviously either stale or sat for WAY too long. Workers wouldn’t stop touching their braids and my cups came out extremely greasy after I had to remind them that they forgot our drinks. So angry.
It's late at night, and you need something to eat and there it is, that bright beacon of hope in the dark, the Cook Out sign. The food here is cheap, and the food comes out quickly. Is it the greatest food ever? Of course not, it's fast food. But is it cheap? Oh yes. Will it be ready fast? You bet. Overall, it's worth the drive as much as any other fast food. But the real winner here is the milkshakes, if you've never had one be sure to grab one
Had no idea what I was getting myself Into when ordering. Staff was less that understanding and just wanted me to rush and go away. Food was alright, but not great. Felt like it was sitting g around d for a bit on a busy night of all things. Speaker at the drive through needs serious repair.
Might get the right order once out of every ten trips. Once you tell them its incorrect they continuously take food back in through the window (yes during covid) and roll their eyes and slam the window shut. Good food. Horrible service. Look before you leave.
I can't believe this shake... I get home and see they dropped a scoop of peanut butter on top of my peanut butter reeses shake smh. guess I have to put it in the blender myself

I was really excited about the menu until I actually seen it for myself the burger I ordered had cheese wiz or some type of liquid cheese I asked for a cheeseburger with cooked onions the onions were raw,my niece chicken tenders were spoiled by now employees should be able to smell spoiled chicken I love seeing young people working but your doing a horrible job training these kids how to cook the items your advertising you have and you can't cook everything on high and change your oil ..This cookout on main st. Hands down worst in va.
