Husband and I stopped in for a late lunch and you could tell this location was severely under staffed. One of the young ladies didn't seem to know what to do and kind of looked defeated. The other young lady had a severely bad attitude and threw around everyone's food. The one great thing was the employee named Marvin. He jumped in and started to help with a very friendly attitude and just made the experience so much better. Even though he was making the online orders and might have gotten behind that by helping the walk-ins, he was one of the only nice things to say about this location. Don't lose you spirit Marvin, you did and are doing great!

I’ve eaten at this location 3 times and each one of those, something was wrong with the order. The latest one was undercooked rice. I’m not talking just a little undercooked, I’m talking extremely crunch rice. It ruined the entire burrito bowl. There are almost no decent restaurants around here and they all are pretty bad. This is no exception.

It's small, and the parking lot is tight, but the music, food, and total vibe are worth the minor inconveniences. Hopefully they can get more staff to help with cleaning and restocking quickly, because they get very busy.

Typically decent food, but constantly severely under staffed. Often, they are unable to fulfill Mobile / In store orders at the same time and close one option off.Orders are often delayed well beyond the promised time because they have only two or three employees present with lines to the door.

Good quick service just please make sure your employees aren’t constantly touching their masks while serving food. Getting mask juice all over my tortillas and cheese.

Order was not ready when we arrived for pickup. They said they didn’t see the receipt when it came through. We ordered brown rice and they gave us white rice, which wasn’t cooked thoroughly. Fajita vegetables were missing from order.

4 workers present, but 13 people in line and only ONE of the 4 employees taking orders (one at register and the other 2 trying to keep busy doing not much useful! Should have ordered take out 1 hour ago. Will Not return to this horribly managed location!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT go to this restaurant. Arrived at 7:53pm for an online order that was placed and paid for to be told, oh we're closed. I proceed to ask how do I get my money back.... she states you need to go online to Chipotle corporate to request a refund. I mean if you're closed, you should atleast close the online website for orders so you won't be taking your potential customers money. Unbelievable.

This place is the worst the workers themselves don't even know the address were they work at.Service was horrible

The new claim to fame is they have cauliflower rice for those watching thier carb intake. However, they had none. I was told that Cauliflower rice is seasonal. Please explain how cauliflower rice is seasonal? Either way, I have my own at home. I got the bowl and it was pretty good. The sign requesting you to wear masks on the door is not eye level, maybe for someone who is 6'5"! The cashier was very nice and very sharp. She realized before giving me my receipt that I was only charged 9cents. She corrected the issue. Management should give her a raise! I could have just walked out.
