First class operation: excellent food and friendly staff. My food was hot when I received it. Busy place but everything moves quickly.
The sweet tea is so gross as of recent months. I’m not sure what happened maybe it’s the constant new staff? Main street’s used to have some of the best sweet tea in the world. Now it’s so bland, not sweet and watery. I drive off before tasting my tea and every time I’m disappointed.
This location is such a hit and miss especially when ordering delivery. This is the 3rd time that I have ordered via door dash and have either been missing something or an issue with portion size. I ordered a large fry and I have attached a copy of what I received. I took the picture as soon as I took the food out of the bag. For the record, the bag was sealed tight so I don't believe the door dasher took any of the fries :)
Lately chic fila has not been giving what’s suppose to be gave. They have completely dropped the ball and always messing up orders. Giving attitude in drive thru when people placing there orders as if they don’t want to do their job. I go there today and they gave me the wrong drink. The young lady made it over. I get my food and leave. I check my bag when i get up the road and of course they gave me fried nuggets instead of the grilled ones like i asked for. Gas is too high to be turning around because employees can’t get the food correct. This is becoming a problem and a big inconvenience. If i want bad service I’ll go to McDonald’s! PeriodT . I think they only have one size iced coffee, small. I have ordered a large one the last two times I have gone - even asked if it was indeed the large this last time, thought maybe someone made a mistake, ok sure but this time its again so tiny. Its nearly $4 for this tiny tiny drink. Wont ever order it again. They shouldn't have it on the app if they don't have the right cup size. Go get a venti (an actual large cup) from Starbucks for the same price.
Chick-fil-a is always very good I go almost everyday just for the lemonade my other favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich. I think they have someone's grandma in the kitchen making that Mac & Cheese it's one of the best I've had at a fast food restaurant ?
Went threw drive thru and ordered hash brown and received a chicken biscuit instead of hash brown .Went inside to let people know snd show them and lady took my bag and took the chicken biscuit out and put hash brown in my bag but was shocked they took chicken biscuit because of cross contaminated .
Always a pleasant experience here. No worries at all. Food is delicious, Value of the service is high.
Waiting forever at the drive thru window for my order when many other cars get there order.While waiting forever for my order, I see someone drilling holes where the food is standing ready for the customers.I had seen enough , told the girl to cancel my order…not interested to get food with drilling powder from the wall.Crossing my fingers how long it will take to get my money back .
Today I ordered a number 1 through the driveway. After pulling out I noticed that I didn't have fries in the bag. I went inside to let them know that I didn't get the fries. The assistant manager didn't believe me. So I asked to speak to her manager who simply gave me the fries. Do people really lie about things as simple as that. I was shocked and angry to think the assistant manager thought I literally turned around pulled back into their crowded parking lot and came into the restaurant to lie about fries that I didn't get. How insulting is that!
