Good food and reasonable prices. Friendly staff.
Line wasn't that long...but it took a long time to get threw..window service was to slow..
Drive through service was extremely slow. It was like they only took care of one order at a time. We had to wait when we got to the window for our order. Finally we got our order to leave.
Upon entering the store I approached the counter and stood there for 5 minutes and still no one even acknowledged I was there. I looked around and noticed the dirty floor and tables so I left.
Today got a cup of coffee from burger King on main main street Infront of Lowe's at the bottom of my cup there was half of pot of coffee grains never will I go there again
For only 2 people working last night 3/11/2022, They deserve major props. Doing the best they can, and actually serving food that was fresh and hot. Thank you guys for such a great experience at the Suffolk VA store off N Main St.
Always slow. You never know what's going to happen in each visit. Last time they had just fried Stuff...the other time no cash payment... The staff is kind of rude. Now I am in the line for 20 min now.
Stoped in for a hot coffee because it was 30 degrees outside. Lady proceeded to give me the bottom of the pot of cold coffee. Didn’t know until I got out to the work truck to be surprised with some burnt, cold coffee. What a bummer. I went back in for a refund and told them the issue, lady then says “ We’ll I would have to make a fresh batch” with attitude! What a joke.
Everytime.... unbelievably slow service. If you are looking for fast food.. they got food, just not fast.
Made order and asked cashier more than once about the order I placed. Got home and sandwiches was still made wrong.
