Worst fast food place in Suffolk straight garbage foods never hot
Never fails! Only one I’ll go to because it’s Always hot and fresh.
Please tell me why.. After a long day you want a hamburger with mustard, onions, and pickles... You receive a tomato, mayo, and lettuce, and ketchup hamburger? Spend 35.00 and 1 sandwich out of 3 is right... Will NOT do this again and no one cares about service I guess that's why you work at BK. Drive by this place don't waste your HARD errand money on an establishment that gives you a attitude and freaking can't serve you the right food...
Went this morning @10:00am for breakfast sandwiches. Of course they weren’t serving breakfast still. This Burger King always has issues.
Well, that's it. No more Whoppers. I'm not sure why overall because overall BK has great products, but in several places I've been including this one, service is just off. This is not just COVID. My examples revolve around tomatoes: I've asked for extra tomatoes, been charged for them - and not gotten them. On several occasions I've not gotten any tomatoes at all in spite of the phrase "lettuce tomato onions". Disappointing, and not a "we're out of tomatoes" issue.
What can I say it's a Burger King. No inside dining and I'm on my motorcycle so curb dining it is.The facility is clean and the staff is helpful. I received my meal in a timely manner. Yes I would go back to this BK.

Drv thru was just a little slow, so much for fast food. Still no dining inside... really? But my fake burger was good an the fries really wasn't saturated in salt.
Had a horrible experience. I tried to do the Buy one get one for a dollar sandwiches and the cashier told me I couldn't do that. Apparently I needed to buy 3 sandwiches in order to get one for the dollar. When I argued what the deal said I was told that I was stupid and that any Burger King that was selling me BOGO for a dollar was breaking the law and that he needed to know that store, so he could put a stop to them stealing from the company. I don't recommend this location at all to anyone.
Sandwich always good.
