Took my Son after his physical. He is Autistic and the waitress was phenomenal with him . Thank you for such a pleasant experience.
I was so disappointed with my food. I got a birthday coupon for six free wings and a coupon for $10 off $15. Great!!! Except they got my order wrong by not giving me enough wings and the wings I did get had little to no sauce on them. And they were hard. The manager said I could come pick up more or get them the next time I come in but they were horrible to the point I don't even care to go get the free ones. I really appreciated the manager trying to fix the mistake but she couldn't fix the taste or lack there of. So only two stars and those go to the manager, I think her name was Jessica?
Well when we arrived a party of 7We Waited 20 minutes before we were sitted. Yes they looked our way. And it wasn't like they were packed, you had one employee cleaning off the table. Then another one to the right on the computer. Then the lady Manger came up walked by then went over to the employee on the computer. She the Manger didn't look our was!! Then finally we were seated!!! By the young lady who seated did say Sorry 20 minutes later. The waiter he was Great! But 20 minutes
I was hoping the last few times were just because of the store being busy and staffing issues but I sit here again waiting after walking in to pick up my mobile order on time per the email after I ordered only to be told it will be another 20-25 minutes. This time there no more than three tables with customers so not sure what the back up is . My suggestion would be to give more accurate times for pick up so I do not have to sit here in my cay looking at the empty parking lot. At least the food is always good!!

Let me just say from the moment I walked in I kind of had a feeling I should have walked out... there was no one at the front counter and I wasn't sure if we were supposed to seat it ourselves or not. A guy finally came from the back and he was very polite quickly sat us down. The waiter was very slow and inattentive. His service was mediocre, pretty nice but not the service I'm used to.If it wasn't for the fried pickles and the Pepsi, they probably wouldn't even get one star. I asked for all drums, I got drums and flats. I got a wing combo they were dry the fries were cold and dry. The celery looked like it had been in the fridge for a week. I wanted dry rub wings not dry wings. I asked for it was a queso and guac, they forgot my guac. The queso was disgusting, like it was made from dried cheese or something. It was just overall just horrible! All this on top of the fact that I thought it was kids night because that's what I looked up and saw on the internet. I paid full price for my kids food but my grandbaby was happy and I'm just leave it at that.
Only reason why I rated 4 stars is because of this visit. First visit at this location where it was good granted we sat outside and had to walk up to bar every time we needed something but the Bartender was super nice. The four stars was for her not the place. Every other time we come here it is absolute trash. I have had a gift card for months but have been scared to go cause I just know it's always horrible. I used to work at this location and it was not ran this way back then. Very sad to see it go downhill. I will not leave any wow or hot alerts so don't bother commenting back lol. I also have had a terrible stomach ache that night and the day after. Something tells me it was def the food or prob the filth in the kitchen. Def won't be back since y'all don't even have the only thing that kept me coming back like once a year was happy hour and that's gone. Unfortunately we won't be back.
We had an absolutely terrible experience and from seeing the other reviews it’s apparently the norm. Shame a franchise this large doesn’t take the Feedback being received from its customers, and actually do some thing about it. The womens bathroom was gross. Smelled bad and was dirty. The server seems slightly overwhelmed, even though they weren’t very busy. A lot of employee standing around not helping out.We had to ask for our own check, sauces, napkins, and drink refills. Our food arrived staggered with no explanation, and the staff seem to not be interested in being there.Only five other guests including our group were there and I can’t explain why there was such poor and slow service.I will never return to this location and have no desire to give our business to a franchise whoclearly doesn’t take the feedback given and be proactive with it.I understand there are staffing shortages all across the US, that doesn’t justify poor customer service though.Also, I will not be asked to fill out whatever nonsense I saw on the other reviews as that is not benefiting anyone clearly.
Wings with spicy garlic sauce are amazing! I love that they only make naked Wings... Crispy without breading. The original buffalo sauce is really good too. Placed a couple orders, everything was accurate, great customer service too. Will def be back!
The worst BWW I’ve ever been to. This place is so poorly ran. I live in the apartments near by so I thought I scored big time being next to a movie theater and BWW. I’ve been here quite a few times and it’s a long fall from when I first came here maybe 4 years ago. It’s not organized. Everyone is standing waiting on the next person to do the work. No pride in their work. I usually sit at the bar and everything goes decent. The staff are so immature and impolite. I guess that isn’t a requirement these days. The takeout is where I had to stop fooling with this place. Last 2 times have been awful. Earlier this year, I order online and they supposedly, they didn’t get it. Waste another 20min after I get there from waiting. Super Bowl Sunday, I order 20 boneless wings and the wait was 3 HOURS?! I called to cancel, they give me some reasons to deter me. After mentioning that I would have to receive a callback on Monday to get a refund, I have in and waited. I get there and the girl with orange braids gives me attitude then puts in the order. I get the food and it’s not even sauced thoroughly. Like they were just rushing through everything. I cannot wait until Kickback Jacks open.
