French fries were extremely too salty. I couldn't eat them. She gave me some fresh unseasoned fries and they were good. It was nice of her to do that ?
The food was fine, but the employees were very rude. As a group, they were cussing out in the open, complaining about customers in the drive-thru, and even joking about how bad their own customer service was. It made me uncomfortable to be around such negativity, and hopefully they can reflect and provide a better atmosphere next time.
I was told the combo that I wanted to order was not available. I showed the online menu to the girl working and she told me that it was false advertising. Went out to my car and ordered online instead. Picked up the order that I was just told wasn't available. The food was good though, so credit to the cooks
Very nice and clean place. They are very respectful and they are a little slow but the food is so good I could wait hours.
The cashier was very nice and smiled. The drive thru was extremely busy. I went inside...ordered bacon & egg no cheese and cheddar bo. Took a good couple minutes to get order. The cheddar bo was nothing like the cheddar bo I have gotten in Portsmouth. It looked like a slice of cheese between the biscuit and then put on grill because the edges of the cheese was chrisp...there was no runny cheese at all. That's my first visit to Suffolk Bojangles. Will not be returning there for cheddar bos. The table area was clean.
Not sure why the chick taking orders at the drive through has such an attitude. And then they got our order wrong. Pretty rude and incompetent.
This has got to be the BEST fast food chicken franchise I have ever dined at!? Unfortunately, this franchise is only available in the southern states.? •The chicken was freshly cooked, tangy but not spicy, crispy but not crunchy. ??•The sides were absolutely delicious! Mashed potatoes/gravy, grn beans, mac n cheese, biscuits, coleslaw...??•For family meal orders, they even give you a half gallon of sweet tea☕, which was very refreshing?...not too sweet, not too watery...perfect!?Maybe it was the location but to me, Popeye's, Chic fa Lae, KFC...have nuthn on Bojangles!??????????????
This bojangles was dirty , behind counter was trash all over floors. The person that waited on us give us 1 plastic spoon for 2 dinners & 1 straw for 3 people eaten. Usually this Bojangles is better than this, I don't know what the problem was.
I get the boberry biscuits...ever since Hardee's got rid of cinnamon raisin biscuits they are the next best thing (not quite as good but the closest I can find). My only complaint is they don't have a breakfast entree for the kids meal.
A great place for all of your chicken cravings. They have a wide variety of selections from their fried chicken to their chicken sandwiches. They also have a diverse breakfast menu. The staff are polite and professional. They are following Covid guidelines. Recommended.
