Good for fast food. I enjoy their appetizers such as fries, jalapeño poppers (bronco berry sauce is a MUST), and mozzarella sticks with marinara.
Went out of my way to pick up an Uber order and was told they weren’t open yet it’s 2:25 in the afternoon ? was told I had to wait 20 more minutes to get my Uber order because the screen wasn’t up yet…..of course I canceled
Food was very good. The tall older lady that was preparing orders was extremely nice. The way she greeted us is enough to make us want to go back again. I live in NC but go to Suffolk for dr. appointments. You are blessed to have her as an employee.

I was extremely disappointed when we arrived at Arby's to find all of the employees with their mask down under their chin and not raising them up. We ordered a crispy chicken salad and other food items. When my husband got in the car he checked the food, there was no salad, they made a sandwich of their choice sticking it at the bottom of the bag, he went back into the store and and that's when they said they have no salads.Very disappointed.
It was like they just threw our food together, No interest, in their quility in their own preshation in having their jobs?poor staff, she even wanted to fuss about what we had ordered!!!
I always get fast and friendly service here. The food is always good and its a good treat for myself once in a while. My order has always been right and the people in drive through have always been friendly.
Always has fast service and they don't mess up your order at this one! I am a classic girl though! I always do the Roast Beef Classic with a root beer!
The lobby wasn't open so it was hard with a trailer to get food in the drive thru. They missed an item, but made it quickly for us. The food was fresh.
The drive-thru experience at Arby's with the team member was polite and friendly. However, my order wasn't correct when I had requested no tomatoes and I had tomatoes on my gyros. Also, my French fries ? were not fresh and hot. I did go back around through the drive-thru and they politely replaced the order.
