Got the 2 for $24 deal. Mom got ribblets and I got steak with spinach artichoke dip appetizer. The ribblet and dip were great but the we got broccoli instead of fries and the steak was well done. . .add that to missing coleslaw. Here's why I gave this 3 ? . .I went back and got it fixed! They were nice and so was I and I got my new food. . .however, after waiting about 30 minutes, get my food and go home and cut into the steak only to find it even MORE well done than the first!
Our server Jay was amazing! Gave off such a great aura! Attended to our needs. Food was delicious too! Definitely will be going back!
Went here after a event with 11 people everything was really good and didn't take too long to get our food. I just wish since we were the few people in the restaurant that our table got more service than it did. Multiple people at the table had to ask for drink refills and had to get the servers attention as they tried to walk past us. Overall a good experience but just need to be more attentive to the customers.
The food was good one we got it but we waited an hour for seating. They were severely under staffed. Our hostess was also the waitress and the busboy. She was friendly and and helpful. She was assisting everyone in our section with many still waiting as we did. She apologized for the delays and worked as best she could.We tipped based on her efforts and not the circumstances. I hope they get more help.
No star. It was really bad. Steaks were under cooked, and over cooked. Appetizer was cold and it was nachos, the hamburger meat was over cooked and they said it has jalapeños on it, but they were regular green peppers, I love hot and spicy peppers, those didn't even make my tongue hot. Will never eat there again, don't recommend anyone else eat there either.
Food was hot and delicious, waiter was friendly. Overall a great experience. It was not as busy as I thought it would be at 1/2pm.
Wow! I ordered lunch from work, get back and I have a RAW chicken breast and 2 black hard things in my mashed potatoes!! ? Applebees will give you salmonella if you let them! #DOBETTERAPPLEBEES
We ordered take-out. The staff were inattentive to the carside/takeout portion of the restaurant, leaving me and another guest to walk in and wait inside for 10 minutes until we were noticed. They took another 10 minutes to locate my food. They forgot a drink, the chicken for our honey chicken pasta, and the sauce for my prime rib dipper. Wasted money and time, will probably not order from here again.
The desert was so so. I've had better experiences at this location. The atmosphere was alright. I came on football night. Most of the attention went to the bar. I wouldn't count this location out. They are an oldie, but goodie!
Good service. Only issue was with the meal I ordered. FOUR CHEESE MAC & CHEESE WITH HONEY PEPPER CHICKEN TENDERS. It was good but sticky and messy because they decorated the rim of the dish with the same sticky honey sauce. People put down their utensil on the rim thereby transferring it to the fork and then to your hand.
