Why do I keep coming back? It is definitely not the food!!! One may think you just don't care bacause my options are limited in this part of town... The medium well steak was so done that it was crunchy, mashed potatoes were good once I worked thru the crust it had from sitting in the oven too long. Lime chicken was tasty but it also sat in the oven too long with the mashed potatoes HARD dome. The cheese pasta was bland and the sweet sauce on the tenders did not go with the dish. All together... terrible. Thank you for making some good fries.
Restaurant was not very busy at all, yet worst service I've ever had in a restaurant ever! Waitress appeared at table and said, "what do you want". It took over 45 minutes after our order till the food came. Every time we needed something, refills, napkins, we had to flag her down to get it. When we paid, she brought back the bills, but not the change. Overall, waitress was rude, and inefficient. Food was so so, my soup was lukewarm. The table was very sticky. we won't be returning.

We felt very rushed out of the door when the restaurant was not busy - boxes pushed on us within a couple of minutes of receiving our entree, no refills on drinks, had to ask for napkins. We won’t be coming back. Service needs to drastically improve.
Took the family out for dinner. Decided to give them another try. The last time we went they tried to serve me frozen chicken. So, this time while the food was actually cooked. The biggest problem, I spent 90% of my time there waiting. My wife's food came out first. 5 minutes later, my sons meal came. By the time they was done eating, my meal finally arrived. All the while, we had to continually ask our waiter for things. (i.e.: drink refills, napkins, and etc.) Somewhere between the staff and management, I think they need to figure out how things actually work. The worste experiences are made, when mistakes like this happen. We want to eat our meals together. Not have to constantly look for the waiter/waitress, to remind them of things we previously asked for.
Was great food. Our server was new and did an amazing job. I wish I could remember his name, but it was his first day.
Was seated at a dirty table, waitress started talking to someone else as we were in the middle of ordering, silverware given to us was disgusting. Food was gross I got sick, except for the wonton tacos and pretzel beer cheese appetizers, only thing that taste good here, and only reason for 1 stars.
Food was good but the server was great. I don’t remember her name but she did a great job.
We had a great dinner with our wonderful server, Sean. Our apps came out quick and we never waited for a drink! Sean was attentive and friendly! We would definitely return to this Applebees!
The 3 cheese chicken penne is always a win! Our server was a very courteous, older gentleman and I was flatteted when he expressed his appreciation for our generous tip!
