Have been ordering wings for delivery or pickup from this location around 5 times over the last few months and it’s been consistently great food.The food always tastes felicitous. I would recommend the cajun seasoning on wings and especially the fries! The mild sauce is great too. Their wingless wings are a generous size and overall the prices here are more reasonable than other wings locations like velocity wings.Their physical store still does not have seating available so it appears you can only pick up or order delivery.They were busy on the Sunday I picked up my order but my order was made right on time and the staff is friendly.
Disappointed! I ate here 3 days in the last 4 days. I got the same thing all 3 days 2 days the wings were great and good sized. The 3rd day they were kinda of busy but things were different my order wasn’t supposed to be done for another 15 minutes but they went and grabbed my order.I get my order of wings they were small and dried out liked they’d be cooked 2 hours ago they were nothing like the previous orders. I’m an older white guy that was in town for business I think that’s why they gave me this order. I called them after I saw my order. The guy acted like he couldn’t understand me and didn’t want to hear anything I had to say. Beware!!
TrashOrdered the classic bone in wings, tenders, cheese fries and buffalo ranch fries.Buffalo ranch fries were soggy and over cooked with way to much buffalo sauce .Cheese Fries were over cooked and cheese sauce similar to cheese wiz in a canWings look to be from an anorexic chicken and flavor was subpar.A novice in the kitchen could make better chicken wings.
I went in to try the Thigh Bites, and they would not tell me how big a regular vs a large order is. I guess they just expected me to order one blindly not knowing if it would be enough or too much food.Then they tried to tell me I had to order them as a combo, and could not order them without also paying for fries and a drink, which means they either don't know their own menu, or are willfully trying to trick people into paying more than they need to. Either way, I cancelled my order and got my lunch from somewhere else.
On December 13, I went to ask for the new orange szechuan and they didn't have it available ?, the dine in is still closed when most restaurants already have it open.
Everytime I've gotten takeout here it always been good. Today I had it delivered and it was subpar. The hot wings were lacking sauce and the dry rub wings were lacking flavor. Also they were a bit soggy not very crisp. And no receipt. Theee stars because it's been good in the past but there stars because today was not to good.
I called to place an order and it didn't go any further than that. The guy who answered was very rude. He acted as if me calling to place an order was such an issue. He had a smart remark to say after almost every item. He abruptly hung up once the order was placed. No thank you.. no wait time.. nothing just... CLICK. worst service I experienced. I had tried ordering from here once and the food was old and cold.. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt... NEVER again.
Wingstop located off Route 7 is one of the best wings restaurants in Sterling, VA. I was driving on Route 7 and spotted the Wingstop awning briefly and decided to go there to eat and review. Wingstop definitely is a hidden gem because you can barely see it off the road, but if you manage to catch a glimpse, you might be tempted to check it out. I was fortunate that I did because the staff and service was very good upon entering. Since, I had never been to this location the staff members was very patient as I read through the entire menu. I finally ordered the 8 piece with Garlic parmesan cheese and Mango Habenero. So, the way it works if you order 8 pieces you get to choose 2 flavors the wings are dipped in. Plus I ordered the Veggie fries, which consists of celery and carrot sticks with blue cheese. As I waited, I observed the Thebes of this location, which unfortunately was empty for dine-in due to the corporate policy at this time. However, once it's open the place will be packed and the ambiance of the dining area will definitely be playing too customers. Wingstop is theme after aircrafts, with amural of an old B52 on the right hand side. And if you look at the photos, you'll see history unfold. The best part of course was the food. The chicken was awesome although I ate the Garlic-parmesan first because the Mango Habenero was like slow jump - sweetness followed by fire. Great combination because it's subtle, but affective if you're looking for blood flavor. In addition, the veggie fries were fresh and crunchy with a chunky blue cheese sauce that brings it home. I had a very pleasant experience because I did get to dine at Wingstop just outside their doors where there is seating available. This is going to be one of my favorite places because the food and flavor seem to outdo the competition. But that's my opinion, but don't make a liari out of me. Plan your next brunch, lunch or dinner here. Definitely recommend this place.

Rating 2 stars for now because previously the store was ran GREAT. My family and I won't return for a little while until things get fixed, even though I want to try the thighs. There was an older gentleman that worked the front since this location opened who I assume is the manager, who ran this store very well. Clean location, gloves, plenty of sauce on the wings, hot fries with enough salt, you name it. Sometimes he was friendly, other times the customer service was just fine/average, but it was okay because everything else was better than any other wingstop I'd been to. Last 3 times I've gone the people cooking wings weren't using gloves, they were on their phone, they were handling multiple things, the list goes on. I get it, sometimes it's busy and you have to do more than 1 thing, but there were only 2 customers in the store including myself. I would rather sanitation come first. Also the wings just don't have enough sauce when previously on my many many visits they had plenty. The fries were way too salty. I hope the manager still works there, because he was great and ran a tight ship. I will come back in a few months and hopefully I can start enjoying my mango wings like I used to.
