We ordered the papaya salad, crab fried rice and the crab boil. The rice and papaya salad were excellent! I typically cannot do more than a bite or two of papaya salad due to the heat, but this one had a nice little kick and was full of flavor; the best papaya salad I’ve ever had. As for the boil, we were disappointed. The seasoning was ok, but there was so little seafood! We had ONE cluster of small crab legs, about 8 muscles and 8 shrimp to split along with corn and potato. For $65 for the boil alone, that was a huge disappointment and felt like a complete rip off, especially when you can go to another establishment and have AYCE for less than that. And while the sauce was decent, it was nothing to write home about. When we left we were both still hungry after spending over $100 on dinner. Additionally, we were offered only one napkin a piece, no nut breakers, no pail/bucket for our shells, and no bib. We had to discard our shells wherever we could find space on the table.Bottom line: the food we had was excellent, but the seafood aspect of this restaurant leaves something to be desired, which is not good for a restaurant that markets SEAFOOD. If I ever frequent this establishment again, it will not be for seafood, which kind of defeats the purpose of going to a restaurant called Seafood Lovers in the first place.
On past Friday, the Shirmp lover under a new management. The food is delicious and fresh. We have the fresh oyster, stream fish with spicy bean source, Papaya Salad from the owner secret sauce. They are so good with a blue ocean lemonade mixed drink. The food is so yummy and good mixed as East meet West style as Thai vs American. I will be back again. Good food and the best mixed drinks are here @ Shrimp Lovers on the affordable prices.
Great Thai food, with a strong seafood influence. The food is fabulous and the staff are very friendly.
The place looks cool but as soon as we sat down we were approached by the manager who was also our waitress. Her energy was terrible!! She spoke to us with no eye contact and when we placed our order she was look elsewhere. And the food!! I don’t know where to start. It was all bad. My seafood was under cooked and my daughter order the pad Thai noodles. We never had pad Thai noodles that didn’t taste good until now. My daughter took one bite. My wife ask the waitress to take it off the bill but the waitress/ manager told us there was nothing wrong with the food and she will not take it off our bill. She didn’t offer us any other options like maybe choosing something else on the menu. Overall, this restaurant goes on my, never return list and tell as many people as I can. Not the treatment anyone wants especially when paying for it.

Lovely atmosphere and staffs. There are Thai menu too beside Cajun style seafood. We only went for stream shrimps with their signature sauce which was too sweet and garlicy more than my like. We ordered steam snow crab with butter sauce on the side and it was so fresh. My husband ordered more but the second one was a disappointed as it wasn’t fresh like the first. Food take a bit too long but do able. Staff came for food check way too late to fix anything if there were any but we understand. Will go back again to try Thai dishes to really give this review a conclusion.
Ambience is cool and low key.Service is friendly.Food is very bad, some would even say poisonous, except for one dish. Individual ratings below:Mussels - (0/5) full of sand and dirty, I chipped my tooth on the sand. This is very sad especially since you don’t expect to chip your tooth on the impurities of a dish. I told the waitress and she seems to take it well.Pad see ew - (2/5) small portion AND it was burntFish and chips - (5/5) actually very good but the portion size was small
The grilled seawater shrimps where really good also the crème brulee were amazing
No seasoning or flavor at all .. Potatoes taste as if they were just boiled with water and no added seasonings to give good taste. 1st and last time we order from here. Definitely doesn’t look anything like there photos no sauce on top .. 0!
Phenomenal! Went here for my husband's birthday and everything was delicious--- the food and drinks! The customer service was superb! The staff were so friendly and welcoming! I will definitely go back and take more of my family so they can experience this cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food and drinks, too! Oh and the restrooms wrte pristine clean and cool re: decor!!!
