Twice I ordered online for pick up from KFC more than an hour ahead of the time I wanted to pick up. TWICE I show up and they claimed they didn't receive an order for me. After giving my name and order number they suddenly find my order and I have to wait 15 to 20 minutes more for them to get my order together. Extremely inefficient and annoying.
Attempted to order several things off the menu only to be told that none of what I ordered was available...I just wanted a Doritos Locos Taco
Very quick drive through, order was correct and hot.
They supposed to be open until 1AM, but several times they close store way earlier, around midnight. Employees are inside but they refused to serve me.
The store should be open till 1am but I showed up at 12:15am and there were 3 people inside but they refused service and said they were closed. If they are not supposed to be open till 1 then someone should change the hours on the website and google page so people don’t drive all the way there and be told that the store is closed…
They're order monitor doesn't work and when you get to the window they act like you made an order

The food at Taco Bell is Surprisingly Delicious....much better than most fast food Burger Places.
Gave me beef when asked for beans
