Everything at this Taco Bell is way overpriced compared to all the other Taco Bells in the area. You can get a bean and rice burrito and a few other items for one dollar at all the other Taco Bells in the area but this Taco Bell on Sterling Blvd in Sterling, VA has no items for one dollar. One bean burrito is $1.89.Half of the staff is a joke. There's this funny looking scrawny pale/white latino male that is always working the drive-through. He seems racist and power hungry. For mobile orders, this particular male will tell you to park out front and he will bring your order to you but he never brings the order out. It's funny someone that wants power would be working at Taco Bell but go figure.The latina woman that works the drive-through a lot also does this same thing where she claims the mobile order isn't ready and to wait out front but she never brings the order out. Maybe the prices at this Taco Bell are so high because of the clowns they have working there?One small positive at this particular Taco Bell is that you can actually go inside the lobby and pick up your food before 10 pm. That drive-through line gets long and your car is wasting gas while you're sitting in the drive through.The staff at this Taco Bell is why they need more automation/robots to take over many jobs that human beings perform.
No urinal in men’s bathroom.If they’re worried about equality just stick a urinal in the women’s bathroom too.In this day and age no one should have to lift a toilet seat or touch toilet paper or flush the metal handle. Bathroom is not clean either.

Came here last night really late, I felt bad about coming this late, but I was starving. Despite it being 1am, the lady taking our order was really nice. They were also really fast, the fastest a taco bell has ever taken for me. To top it off, my quesarito was the best one I ever had.
The staff is incredible. Just FYI. Every one of them lovely. Every visit lovely. All four stars for the staff.Weirdly there's a sign that says "Open for Breakfast" lit up and visible from the road... But it's not open yet. All the lights are on, the drive thru menu is lit up, that sign is even bragging that the dining room is open... But none of it's true. There's a sign on the door in tiny white letters in the corner saying it doesn't open until 7... But really weird and uncomfortable and I wasted a lot of time sitting in a drive thru wondering if there was anything weird going on and literally just because they have a sign that says Open when it's definitely not open yet.Great staff. Terrible design / advertising / management.
This is the best one they have It's really great to have such a wonderful place you can always count on to give you a hot sauce--+ where else could you get everything you ever needed. The bell is the best! The customer service here is remarkable thank you so much for the warm fresh hot food. It was served quick with the most wonderful cold drink Thank you again for the hot sauce I really appreciate it It was so good. Can't go wrong with the bell You better get here before you miss out

This is the best Taco bell I've ever been to. I don't even live in the area anymore, but always come back to this one when I'm in town. I have no clue how, but it tastes better and is prepared faster than the other 30+ Taco bells I've been to.Seriously.
