(1) Overpriced(2) You don’t you the right size covers resulting in spillage.(3) They charge by weight, and I purchased $15 worth in the large container, weighed and paid, and thanks for the cashier providing a cover that did not fit, the container flipped. The cashier cad no consideration and did nothing. The ice cream touched the counter, so I had nothing else to do but dump the whole thing in the trash. I will never go back there…no consideration for the contaminated ice cream, it would’ve been professional if they apologized and offered a replacement, but they failed in that type of service.The purchase took place on 03 July 2022, at 9:20pm.
I came to this location because I enjoy their products.However, my experience was terrible. This family came in. They were Mexicans. One of the workers named Katherine was constantly staring at them and making them feel very uncomfortable. It intern made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. The worst part wasn’t that though. Amber, tall white girl in a pink shirt, was completely tone deaf and racist towards this family. She called the cops on them and started arguing with them at how she works here and she feels unsafe because they are here. It was the most disgusting thing someone could do. She called up the manager and tried to kick them out. The family was just eating their items and not saying anything to anyone. Amber was very hostile and made everyone uncomfortable. She needs to be fired otherwise a harassment case will be filed against her. She was plain racist and was aggressive. The other party was not reacting at all. They asked for the name of the girl and amber said you are making me feel unsafe and you need to leave. It all started by Amber thinking they were talking about her, when the family clearly said “it isn’t you. You are not the problem. The other girl was making us uncomfortable.” Amber started saying that she works here and that she needs them to leave. She said how she isn’t doing anything wrong and they are making her feel bad. I am disgusted and again, if the company does not take action, I will report her to the cops for hate crime.
Saying they’re diverse yet having racist employees is absurd. Amber and Catherine I believe. The worst customer service one can get. Making tourists feel like they should go elsewhere. Came for the vibe but the vibe was taken away. Can’t believe what these young girls are learning yet all this going on in the world. Thought the newer generation were gonna change the perspective but I guess not lol. Personally I manage my own store and would definitely get these girls fired if it were me because no company should tolerate racist and yet unprofessional customer service. Maybe would come again when there are other employees but the chances would be really slim now. Also very unhygienic with all the flies.

Very expensive. Less than half of cup (small size) and I paid close to $7 … so that means if I just get a full cup I will pay $14 for this … this is very unreasonable … owner need to consider fixing the prices because it doesn’t make any sense to pay this much for a half cup of ice cream /frozen yogurt… we are not going back to this place
Perfect as always, but definitely less covid safe compared to other locations, which enforce gloves and masks for customers.
So happy to find fro-yo so close to my house. One of my formerly favorite places gave up frozen yogurt for high fat ice cream.Great place to bring the family. There is a big toppings bar, where you can choose from all kinds of toppings-soft, crunchy, and liquid. Fun for kids. There are about 15 flavors of fro-yo to choose from. I didn't actually count, just a best guess.Worth going to for dessert or on a hot day.
Super clean and very friendly staff. Best FroYo around! Perfect on a hot day.
