My $4 large side of rice. This is ridiculous, I can't imagine what the small looks like. I will only buy the chicken again.
Used to go to Pollo Rico, but this place is just as good! The sauces are different but the chicken flavor is the same.
This place is great! It has authentic Peruvian food and the taste is great all around. One meal will definitely fill you up. Cost is great for the portion sizes. This is my go-to place for dinner.
My family loves this place even the ones that pop in from overseas. Not my fav but when purchased I cannot say Ive only had one plate so I take that as a plus. Try them ....
Got taco salad, it was a big taco bowl filled with chicken, vegetables and beans. The vegetables were very fresh. Enjoyed it a lot.
What sort of place they have the most ordinary pedantic customer service from a male employee. He wa very rude when I’ve just explained to him that I ordered a fried fish and wanted to pay and pick up because I was at lunch break and needed to return working very soon. He replied “I’m working too”. They should have more friendly people and with good customer service skills. He showed a lack of respect as he is going to throw the customer. I won’t return to this location again!!!
The food is good but this is how I got my “large” rice. Usually when you order rice they pack it to the top. Not sure why the lady was being stingy today. I took it to go and when I got home I saw this. Next time I will say something and if they don’t pack it in I won’t return.
Not authentic Peruvian chicken, they wanted to give me chicken that was dry and sitting for God knows how long. And when I requested fresh chicken they said there isn't any. I have my suspicion but this confirmed it. Hygiene is questionable also. Gald to save my money.
Chicken is always good and so are the sides. Good value. The whole family is full and happy. We always order ahead and sometimes they do mess up the order so make sure you got what you wanted (hence why I’m giving them 4* and not 5*).
Really good food, but a very disorganized ordering system. Also, the menu which is displayed on a monitor keeps fading to a picture of the food. Absolutely stupid. It made it irritating to try to read the menu because it kept disappearing. I wouldn't recommend going in to order.
