You don’t have to come back here!”I went to Subway at Great Falls Plaza today and had a not so nice experience. I asked for hot peppers on the side and the owner gave an attitude and tree the veggie down but she did it anyways. I had a coupon when I was ready to pay and she was not happy and told me not to bring the coupon anymore. When I told her that’s not nice and she told me “you don’t have to come back here.” “Coupon don’t do anything for us”she also said and told me “I should know better not to bring the coupon.” WOW, just WOW!!!! I don’t know how they survive because I know for a fact that they are always soooo rude. Not just to me but to customers before and after us also. People complain but I think we keep going back because of the convenience and hoping that they’ll get better. Not even worth one star!
The managers is not patient. I ask what kind of chicken do you have for the bowl and he just respond . Chicken. Chicken. Chicken. Plus when we tell if they could cut first before put the lettuce. He said oh that is too much work. First time there and last time. Very rude.

This is a family owned subway and I just love the way they interact with their customers. You would be surprised what you say to her and she ask you on it the next time your back. Service is always on point and the environment great.
The lady she is manger or owner i don't who she is she was very rude and just treating customer like a trash i mean seriously i am paying for food i am not asking for free food. her behavior was vey arrogant and rude. Serving food with anger and negativity not good how can customer enjoy the food. she is not treating customer with humanity not even customer with her staff too. i tell her you should learn how to behave with customer then she was making laughing face and say OK BYE BYE I WILL there is no sorry and concern about customer really i am done with this subway. i wish i can give 0.
