Lady does not speak English at all

The lady got our order wrong and when we went to get another order, she refused to serve us and accused us of lying. Normally I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this was outrageous. She even started yelling at my sister and when I came back (to see if it was just a fluke) she remembered me and started to mock me. It was very degrading.
This place is disgusting, they don't follow the menu or company policy when making food. None of the food was covered with lids, tried to service me ice cold chicken on the sweet onion teriyaki and no one understood English. Don't even waste your time here.
Order # 9E993C8D-BD Aw man was the lady that made my order senseless and impertinent. If she can't understand English please put her in an English class before coming to make sandwiches for people she can't understand. I ordered online but forgot to put in special directions so I asked her in person before she finished to "put the meat and veggies in a separate bowl" this was hard for her to understand she kept saying Subway doesn't allow that, really because I have done that at many Subways before. She made the process more difficult than it needed to be, no one has time for her bs attitude.

Ordered online.Food was good but they messed up our order. If you are gonna spend $70 on subs for people it would be nice to be able to deliver the right sandwiches to them.So if you order online double check before you leave.
