Employee was behind the counter coughing saying how she is sick. No way I will go to an establishment to end up sick. This employee should have been adult enough to make educated responsible decisions and called in sick.

This was never a Starbucks. Property is Lindsay Volkswagen. Starbucks is located at Dulles Airport not here. Google maps pin is in wrong location this is Shaw Rd. Sterling Va. 22311 Shaw rd. is private property STAY OUT !
Slow, more expensive, customers crowded the bar. I asked why I didn't get credit for a beverage on a rewards offer and they couldn't answer the question. They are poorly trained and understaffed every time I visit

Open for business! The first Starbucks that I have seen open in an airport in months. Big shout out to the amazing essential workers that are keeping America on the road and in business!
This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever visited. IAD is a horrible place to have slow employees people have planes to catch.
