Visiting Giants in the Cascades Shopping center, I visited the Starbucks forgetting that they had royally messed up my tea order for coffee. On arriving the Police were finishing up some sort of problem and there was a line for orders. The Manger apologized. I ordered my London Fog which is a tea latte and although the line finished quickly, saw that my cup which requires 2 teabags was sitting on the counter and no one was paying attention until asked. Even then it too an abnormal amount of time to prepare. They also got my breakfast item wrong. This is now the second and last time I will visit. It has to be the worse managed Starbucks in the immediate area.
I can't decide between a 2-star (dislike) and 3-star (it's okay), it's in there somewhere. The service was VERY slow for having 5-6 employees behind the counter and in the back and there was literally no line. There were a few drink orders, I only got a tall cold brew and a tall pike. For someone who lives in NYC, I might expect a much faster pace (they would not be able to keep up) and why I'm giving it an "okay" as I know this was not NYC.
I've gone to this Starbucks nearly every morning since it opened, but no longer. If I'm going for coffee before work I expect the place to be open. This Starbucks location changes hours on a daily basis, and even when they are supposed to open at 5:30 don't expect it to happen.But that's just annoying. They are frequently out of standard products for weeks at a time. The excuse is supply chain but the Starbucks in Countryside doesn't have these issues.Do yourself a favor and go to the Starbucks in Countryside or Sterling. At least they are open.
Generally love Starbucks. But this time both Frappuccino's and a cappuccino were extremely bland and tasteless. Would have returned them but we had driven away.
They are closed earlier than their posted hours. No drive thru.
We stopped by this store today 2 minutes before closing (we did not realize this when we walked in). The staff was amazing. They were super friendly and did not rush at all. I think I would have been annoyed if someone walked in as I was closing up but they did not show that at all! I really appreciate the great service and awesome drinks, really sorry for walking in as you were closing!
Too dark place, no masks required, looks a little abandoned it's in need of new tables and chairs, as a different lay out with the arm chairs in COVID times. Coffee and attention very good, prices in Starbucks are high for ever. Good luck!
Super quick! Wow they were so nice and handled the morning rush wonderfully! I felt terrible for showing up earlier then specified on my mobile order but, they already had it ready!They made my morning, and I hope that morning shift has a wonderful day.Everything was clean, tidy, they were totally in the zone and moving at a great pace! Telling them that they deserve a raise is an understatement!

I am an Ubereats delivery driver and come across a lot of unhelpful and unfriendly staff. However everything I come to Cascades starbucks, Kim makes it a pleasant experience. She is the only one there that is always so helpful. Companies need to hire more people like her. She has unbelievable hospitality and always makes my day.
