I understand they’re understaffed but they have terrible customer service I sat in from of the cash register for 10 minutes and there was only one person there he was busy making drinks but he kept staring at me like I shouldn’t be there but never verbally acknowledged me or let me know he’d be right with me. I finally just left. This is the second time this has happened, the first time I sat there ten minutes only to finally be told they were actually closed while the employee looked at me like I should’ve known there were closing at 5 for 20 minutes.

Two people were ahead of me in line. I waited 15 minutes to order., with a coupon for 20% off a drink. The two employees working were disorganized and slow. After my 15 minute wait, I go to order only to be told they are out of black ice tea., the only thing I order at Starbucks. Not cool, walked away not getting anything and spending a long time waiting.

In 5 minutes of serving one person, she did not even start making her drink and continued chit-chatting.Good customer service does not mean just a nice attitude. The effectiveness of the service provided is critical. You can have an endless chat but please be able to provide the service in a timely manner with the respect to the other customers.Walked away not getting anything. Will never come back to this location.
