Worst Starbucks in VirginiaThis is the worst Starbucks in Virginia. They don’t open until 11. Even then they open late because nobody arrives until 11 so they don’t really open until 11.15. Then they don’t have enough baristas. I didn’t get my coffee until 11.30. Also not very friendly hereAnd this is a major mall with many attractions. I don’t know what the franchisee is thinking. Maybe they need a new one .

I have to give 5 Stars. I was walking towards this place and ordered through the app to take advantage of my free birthday drink and it was ready before I got there. You can't beat service like that. Plus I have never tried the drink before because they were out of my preferred beverage, but this one was equally great. Great service, great speed, keep up the good work.
I visit this Starbucks while waiting for my wife. I enjoyed the store, clean, tidy, with helpful staff. It still had roped off areas, this wat out of bounds.

Typical Starbucks. Americano was fine. Register person forgot to heat my pastry which added a few minutes waiting. Location is in Dulled Town Center, Sterling VA. Arrived just as mall was opening.
