Hey Smashburger, I am a customer who has a severe dairy allergy. When I went up to the counter and asked about the possibility of cross contamination, I was shocked the man behind the counter told me he didn’t know and just brushed my question aside. He didn’t seem to care about my question and just rudely hurried me along asking what fries I want. It was clear he was not interested in answering my question. I am very displeased with this treatment. It’s hard enough dealing with food allergies, but I didn’t know this is how you guys worked. I would hope this is just one worker at this location. Do you take food allergies seriously?
For a burger on the run, this airport Smashburger did the trick. A $10 burger with all the trimmings was enough for two of us to share. Sure, it didn’t stuff us, but it was enough to satisfyingly tide us over and didn’t break the bank. It was also delicious.We did self-serve takeaway so I can’t speak to the service. It didn’t take us long to get our food and be on our way.
Not as many options as there used to be at Washington Dulles Airport, so we had a quick breakfast here. Service was not as good as it could be, but the breakfast sandwiches were very good, fresh, and tasty.

Probably the worst quality chicken burger i’ve ever had
This is the best fast food burger I’ve had, and is even better than Five Guys, I’d say. It’s a real shame that there aren’t other locations near the airport but outside of security, because if there were I’d go all the time.
They don't follow instructions on the order. Eating area barely gets cleaned. Food is all over the floor !
The food was delicious as expected, which is pretty remarkable given the circumstances. It's an airport restaurant, so expect some waiting and some confusion. They forgot the bacon on my first order, but they fixed it with no hassle and it was delicious. Staff was courteous but prompt and kept people moving, which I like in an airport setting.
Wow! Fantastic burger. Fast, efficient service at reasonable prices. I was blown away with the bacon cheese burger.
Fast and efficient, good food. Tends to get a little overcrowded and the line to pick up your burger tuns into the dining room. Still, you wont get much better food at the airport. Fries are phenomenal, but the burger came out looking kind of sad. Great QUICK bite before takeoff on my connection.
