It was my first time ever going there and it won't be my last. I had the Volcano Sushi and Miso soup and it did not disappoint.
Wish I could rewind time and not order here. Wasted $$$ Ended up throwing it out. The sushi was nasty. Dumplings were hard and dry.
The owner was very sweet. I went with my friends and this was the best restaurant I've ever been to!The bathroom was also clean and I liked it!

Had lunch there today. We have always had good experiences with Sarku for the past several years, but today is different.We ordered a shrimp and a chicken dish. They tased normal, except the shrimps did not seem to be fresh. Wanted to let the staff know before we left, but they were busy of taking care customers.
Good for a quick bit but vegetarian do not expect to much, maybe a couple of options, that's all.

We were just asking which counter takes order since theres only one old Asian guy giving out the phone orders pick up counter .. then he rudely tells us “Im alone here, thats the line but you have to give me extra time”… very poor customer service.. we were just asking and we are not rushing to order… not worth respecting this old guy..
Love the bento box. And don’t forget your stamps. Get free meals after several visits.
Place was decent, clean.Food was good, the usual Sarku spectacular, lol.I particularly liked the plastic container my food was in - wasn't the regular flimsy, cheap "Tupperware like" container. It was sturdy and container conveniently had a space for holding sauce on the top, and of course could be re-used and microwaved.Oh and surprisingly I didn't come out smelling like oil and BBQ - they're ventilation must be pretty good.
