Pretty good. Love Red Lobster. Service could have been betterâ¦..had a new girl who struggled a bit. Appreciate the pay system they that requires little/no interaction with staff.
We actually had the pleasure of being waited on by one of the managers Jose. The service was fantastic and the food was great. We enjoyed a great meal on a lovely evening on the patio.
The service here is still good, despite the difficulty they have had staffing lately.Three restaurant is well maintained and clean.As far as the food goes, it's red lobster, you probably already know if you enjoy it or not. Always served with a lot of oil/butter, typically over seasoned, and the veggies have sugar added to them (like every other American chain mid quality restaurant)
Love, love, love! The food is excellent and it truly cures my seafood craving. I usually split the Admirals feast platter with my husband, we still can barely eat it all. Clam strips, fish filet, scallops and shrimp. The service was excellent and I am glad we can now dine in! Love, love, love Red Lobster! Love all locations, last meal was on 5/14/22 in Dulles, Virginia.
I've been here several times but today was by far the best visit ever! I came to order food to take out so I was headed straight for the bar. This is a Friday afternoon around 2:30 pm. I was helped by the most pleasant guy, Mario H., who looks to be in management. Not only was he very accommodating to me figuring out what I wanted based on current specials but he offered me tea/water just for sitting and made small talk conversation every time he passed me after taking my order. Mario consistently checked on my order, and me, until it was done. Everything was perfect inside my bag and Mario explained what was included so that nothing was missed - he even tossed in two extra biscuits ;-) Hats off to Mario, as well as the hostess at the front door who was also nice and greeted me upon arrival. If for nothing else, aside from cheesy biscuits, this location is worth the visit for Mario!
Justin was our server tonight, and he was excellent!! Love how he handled the bar making drinks, as well as being a server to tables. And still very attentive!
We reluctantly went to Red Lobster tonight (when I say “we” I mean I, as my wife always wants to go). When we arrived, it was dark from the outside, so we thought they went out of business, as we were expecting this. Actually, it was open with about 3 other tables seated, so we went in. I ordered the shrimp linguine Alfredo, as it has been my experience that it is the only thing edible on the menu. We, I mean I, had 3 margaritas and my wife had 2. My wife ordered a glass of wine and that sounded good, so I convinced her to order a bottle. Before we knew it, the manager came by and said they have a 3 drink limit, so I had to cancel the bottle. This is the first time in 25 years being cut off at a restaurant or a bar.In any event, I now have an excuse to never go again. In the end, I am assuming the next time my wife brings up going to Red Lobster, this location will be out of business anyway, so tonight was actually a positive experience for me.
Such a great experience here. Our waitress was super lovely. The food was in good portion, reasonable price and delicious. All order was correct and cooked throughly. Highly recommend this location.
Haven't been to Red Lobster in a while and we'll there for a family birthday dinner. This location is one of the better ones. We had a great dinner. The meals are a great value and the quality of ask or dishes was very good. Our server was great. He was so friendly and was always checking to see if we needed anything. Try the 3 from the sea menu, there are some good selections. Also, on the kids menu is a good lobster tail.
Phenomenal! Went here for my husband's birthday and everything was delicious--- the food and drinks! The customer service was superb! The staff were so friendly and welcoming! I will definitely go back and take more of my family so they can experience this cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food and drinks, too! Oh and the restrooms wrte pristine clean and cool re: decor!!!
