Love their pizza and Cheese steaks! The restaurant is getting an upgrade but I do miss being able to see into the kitchen and watching the magic happen. Every time I need a pizza that reminds me of my home of NY I get Rai’s even though it’s out of my way because it is that good.

Just hit Rai's for the first time and it was amazing. Let me just say the cheesesteak was the best I've had since eating at Gino's in Philly. I literally can't wait for the renovations to be done and they can sit more people. The staff were awesome and made my daughter a sandwich just the way she wanted and gave us zero fuss about it. 10/10
First time and won't be the last. Sweet chili sauce wings, provolone cheesesteak with mushrooms and Xangos (deep fried cheesecake rolled in cinnamon sugar drizzled with caramel). Everything is great, love the steak, I asked for extra seasoning. Really want to try more menu items.

Got a pizza way back when first opened. The Greatest NY Pizza I had in ages. Raved to everyone I knew & in my neighborhood about how good it was, authentic NY style. Next pizza I got was ok, not as good as first. Next one bottom was burnt. Next time I had to sit around and wait extra 20 minutes as my pizza wasn't ready in the normal 25 minutes. Next time the pizza slipped a bit more.Tried maybe another 3 times, to the point I asked myself "why do I keep coming back here, as pizza headed to mediocre territory. and almost $20 for a pizza w tax".....last time I went, decided, SO LONG. and haven't been back since, too bad. Pizza cooking is inconsistent, depending on who's making pizza.
Ordered a fried chicken pie with ricotta and fresh mozzarella. I got shredded chicken which I don’t like and the pie hardly has any sauce on it. Im definitely not impressed and should of just ordered dominos it would of been a cheaper version of disappointment.

I’ve only been here twice so far, but the service has been excellent and pizza is delicious. Nice little crisp on the bottom crust and huge slices. The balboa steak sub was awesome as well. I actually may go tomorrow as well.
