Just terrible. Chicken looks like it was chewed up. They forget at least one thing you will order. Make sure to check your food twice or you will come home not in a good mood.
Check your bag, your order, before you leave the drive thru and counter. The store has shown a trend of not providing everything the customer purchases. One order, in the drive thru, I was missing a sandwich. Another day, I purchased a five price and found only four in the box. It appears that the stores attention to detail is lacking in one of the most basic areas, to deliver what the customer has paid for.
First time trying the chicken sandwich and it was really good. Popeyes has the best fast food fries hands down! Disappointing that the dining room still hasn't opened back up. Drive through only.
Evening manager unable to pass items through the window spilled drinks inside my car after loading the drink carrier lopsided and compromising the integrity of the carrier. Said it was the the customers fault the carrier could not support the 4 drinks. Not hard to double it up for stability. Ha, not to mention they didn’t even put straws in the bag. Evening manager and staff cannot seem to complete an order properly always seems to miss multiple items per visit. Get it together and figure it out. There is a reason you get horrible reviews. Another fail all the way around.
Omg best spicy chicken I've had from Popeyes in along time This Popeyes is better than all of the ones in Baltimore period they aren't cheap about giving you your money's worth.
Sadly gave us chicken wings that were quite old or something else. My husband and I ends with stomach pain and it was the olny meal that we ate in that half of the day ??
Had not eaten at Pöpeyes for awhile and it will be awhile before I go back. I stopped by about 2pm. Ordered a 3 piece chicken, the chicken I received was small and very dry. Chicken was not great, but customer service was.
Purchaed vía drive thru, fast and easy eventhough the line was long. Nice staff, one ofnthe top popeyes I've been to.
I was in-and-out of the drive thru lane in just a min or two. Food was hot, crispy, and plenty of it.My only detractor is there is not a "no ice" option in the mobile app for beverages.
It's traditional fast food, but it's pretty good relative to the others, especially if you like chicken (obviously). The staff here is always friendly.
