I came during grand opening ! Lovely people lovely food. They also gave my baby some gifts as well.
Due to the shortage of staff and drivers, my pizza was over an hour late and not the hottest. With that being said, I truly feel that my experience would have been better if I just picked the pizza up myself. Sigh… looks like I will continue to stick with my personal pans from Target. Sadly I give my experience a 2 1/2.
This location has the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Tried to order delivery and was told there were no drivers available until 6, that's fine. Waited until 6 to place the order, got a call explaining that it would take 1-2 hours because of other orders, fine. 8:30 I check the website to see that it says the pizza was delivered, but I had checked the door 4 times before then and nothing had arrived. Attempted to call and find out what was going on, waited on the line for an estimated five minutes before someone picked up and hung up immediately. Then proceeded to drive to the location, get sassed at by lady behind the counter telling me the invisible pizza was in fact delivered. I got a refund and the woman behind the counter tells me "we have pizza if you want pizza" as I'm walking out the door. Reading recent reviews for this location explains a lot and I will not be supporting this specific Hut anymore.
Can't say anything about the food since I ordered pizza just to get a call 15 minutes later saying they don't have a driver for delivery.Guess I'm sticking to Domino's.
I wish i can give them ZERO stars. I ordered a pizza for delivery, I received it 1 hr later with the wrong toppings my daugher is allergic to pork and we got peperoni and sausage. I called the store back to let them know . Their response was we can give you store credit, i refused because my kids were expecting their cheese pizza . After speaking with the manager his other option was to make the correct pizza but i had to go pick it up. I had already paid for delivery & tip plus I couldnt pick it up that's why i ordered for delivery. The manager kept screaming on the phone and told me he had no time to speak , he said he might refund the pizza and hanged up. They have no idea what customer service is , never appologized.Very incompetent managment . Headquarters will hear about this.
We ordered a custom pizza thru the Pizza Hut site andthe pizza came in wrong with pork in which my daughter isallergic to it. We called there and manager was blamingdoor dash for the delivery in which was someone whomade it at the store. Worst customer service we everhad. And we like this place and they gave us hell.Unexpected horrible experience we had. Didn'tapologize at all. Trying to give store credit and notgiving money back at least for the wrong pizza. Get their phone fix. The person accused my phone was messing up, and all along, it was their line. Get the website better. I had problems trying to order online.
I received the wrong pizza. I have a kid that is allergic to pork, i received pepperoni and sausage . When i called the manager he was very rude , told me i could only get store credit or go pick up the correct pizza. I had already paid for delivery and tipped. He wouldn't refund me the money either. He screamed and told me he had no time to fix it and hanged up. Never going there again, i advise to find another pizza location . Next time im ordering Domino's.
The lady at the register is always nice, friendly, caring and ALWAYS makes sure orders are right and accurate. I always request a clean knife and she is always honest about doing that.
