If I could rate this place as a 10 I would! food was amazing, and the staff was too. I had a problem with an entree of mine, I went to look for a staff member to resolve this issue and the big gentleman up front was he so kind he had fixed the issue right away. if you want good food with amazing service and kind staff, then come to this place you won't regret it!
Arrived a full 20 minutes prior to closing time and half the dining area was put away with the booths being blocked. Sat at a table and started an order with the app, the staff started asking me if I was ordering to go. I replied no, I'm planning to eat in. They replied, we are closing soon, are you sure you don't want it to go? I told them nevermind and went across the parking lot to Potbelly's, which doesn't treat customers like inconveniences. I will not be a patron at a place that thinks customers are such horrible inconveniences for wanting a product that they exist to sell...
I really used to like going to Pei Wei for their one of a kind Tofu. They used to have tofu in thin stripped version which was juicy and well spiced. In past year or two the tofu dishes have changed to chunky non marinated tofu which does not give the same taste.I tried their Thai curry tofu which had a hint of Thai curry however the tofu did not do justice. The tofu was covered with some batter but wasn't crispy and bland taste. The pei vegetable and tofu fried rice was spot on but again the tofu chunk disappointed a bit.I wish they get back the old version of stripped long tofu in their dishes.

We order take out from here about once a week and it's always ready on time. We often customize our entrees and they always get it right.
Food is average. I can’t speak about their whole team, but one of the hostess/waitresses who I had the displeasure of communicating with was down right offensive. She missed packing one of the entrees in my order and when I called about it, she said she was 100% sure she put it in, and insisted that I am not seeing it. She pretty much implied that I was lying about the missing order and that it was there. She said she can’t do a refund over the phone and that I would have to go in the next day with my card if I wanted a refund. The other option was I would have had to go 5 miles if I wanted to get the missed order again. Still, not a single word of apology from her. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
I ordered kang pav shrimp and it was so sweet that I called them and asked why it is so sweet it was never sweet and a employee told me we recently changed sauce, now we are using Mongolian sauce, I am like that’s okay but at least if you make any changes you should tell people .She wasn’t courteous at all. I just wasted my time and money…I used to love pei wei but not any more…..
Rey the new drunken noodles it’s amazing. The staff is very friendly, the pace is very clean. The value for money is just amazing.
I have been there once. Nothing bad, good and average service, acceptable price, clean store.I won't go there again, just not my type.I got 3 different type of foods, to me , all oily, and unnecessary salty. I didn't get why so oily and salty? The food itself was tasty and came with nice hint of Asian style sauce, but extra oil and salt ruined the original taste.
Fantastic! I've been several times in the last year and it was not good and really was not interested in coming back but got a coupon so thought I'd try it again and it was fresher and hotter and better tasting than four star sit-down gourmet Chinese restaurants I've been to and paid three times the price! Keep it up peiwei and you'll definitely be my fave again!!!!!
