Incorrectly labeled as open when in fact it was temporarily closed. I have updated this entry into Google however the phone number is still active and will direct you to an alternate Papa John's about 15 minutes across town. They will still take your order so it's confusing when you go to pick it up and wind up at the wrong Papa John's because they're unclear about the situation on the phone
Have their app and use it all the time. Get a lot of points towards free food.
I received my online order which was wrong. I called back to the store and got another pizza sent out. The second pizza was burnt. To top it off, both deliveries were delivered by a doordash driver and not an actual employee of papa johns even tho I placed the order on the papa John's app. The food was cold and was not delivered in a thermal pizza bag. I'm not sure if every location uses doordash to deliver their food, but I'm not going to be ordering papa John's in the future.
Bad customer service, previously order take out online was given the wrong pizza. Lady said she would give me store credit for there mistake. Here trying to place an order over the phone cause its the only way to apply the store crrdit ... 1st call on hold for 15 min, called the 2nd time They just picked up hanged up , called a 3rd they did the same picked up and hanged up....
If this franchise is still run by the sociopath called "The Colonel" I would HIGHLY advise anyone with an ounce of dignity to avoid this restaurant group. They scream and belittle their staff and pay subpar wages. This man is like a drill seargant that yells at his workers until he is out of breath and face blood red. He lures young 20 somethings in to asst management positions with the promise of one day becoming a full manager. And so naive workers think they should have to tolerate this abuse because it will pay off in the end. It doesn't. It gets worse. He needs to be sued or even arrested.
Ordered a pizza a little while ago. Didn't get any notification of the delivery. Had a whole party sitting a short hallway from the door. No bell, no knock, nothing. Only noticed it when the last of our group arrived. Add to that the fact that they decided that the peppers we specifically asked and paid for were absent, and I don't think I'll be ordering from this location again. Are you guys even trying?
Tell your Delivery BOY that not on any planet or in any reality does a person DEMAND a tip. It is a courtesy and a kindness of the customer, NOT a right!
I have tried to order online twice from the Sterling, Virginia, location. Ordering from you people is the most completely frustrating purchase experience I have ever had with a retailer. You will not get my online business.
