My experience at this location has been very meh. The food is fine (selection is very limited as they run out of things frequently). I love their bagels, but unless you get there first thing in the morning, you can forget about getting your first choice in flavor. The service is ok, but I am guessing turnover must be high because the employees always seem to be brand new trainees. They are nice enough, but not exactly what I would call competent.
I had an issue with my delivery and called the store. I didn't expect much of a resolution but Vivian took care of it and followed up twice to make sure I got my food. Thank you again Vivian!
Excellent take-out breakfast burritos but waited in a long line for 10 minutes because they only had i person handling register. I noticed plenty of employees milling around during this overly long wait. Of course, as soon as I was the next in line, they open a second register ... sigh.... This lack of register support loses them a rating point.
They do have both outside and inside dining. Coffee station and Juice station are clean.
Very horrible customer service, Abdoula needs to be trained . He speaks to customers rudely. Has no customer service etiquette.
I ordered brocilli cheddar soup, it was watered down with large pieces of brocilli added. This is about the third time that this has happened at the Sterling location. This soup is supposed to have a thick consistency, first thing that I noticed was the watered down flavor. I ordered large, that was a small with water and brocilli added in the large bowl.
The manager Stephen is the GOAT! They forgot a meal in our delivery and Stephen had it delivered to our house asap and made it right. That’s great customer service!
Food was average Panera food. Nothing special anymore. This place was absolutely filthy though. Trash all over the floors.
Kiosk doesn't tell you what items are unavailable, no hot water for tea, and the iced tea machine in the back is clogged. There hasn't been hot water available for two weekends in a row
Typical Panera Bread. You know what you're going to get. Breakfast sandwiches are OK. The chain should make breakfast sandwiches until at least 11:30 AM. What else do they have to do before then -- what are people coming into Panera looking for ?
