What a nice boba spot! Everyone was polite and the drinks were delicious. We bought the brown sugar boba milk tea and the ube milk tea. Loved both!
Went in, found the place near the Macys, ordered my drink and got it within 5 minutes. Really not sure what these 1 star reviews are talking about when they say “poor customer service” It’s a boba shop inside of a mall, not a 5 star restaurant where they’re gonna pamper and check in on you every few minutes, stop being so entitled and complaining about customer service and enjoy your drink.
I love the boba here, I go here everytime. They have aot of ranges of Boba drinks, they provied excellent service and the workers are so nice. I recommend stopping by and getting a drink because the drinks are so well made!
Typically love this place and order boba often! Recently past few weeks when leaving work on my lunch break to grab boba and show they open 11am, I get there between 11:45-12:00 and the doors still be closed or say “on break” , I have waited before for the break to end only to be told they came in late and did not do the boba from the previous night and would take another hour. Tried to go back today around the same time but faces the same issue, I love their boba but service and opening in timely manner is not there.
Not exactly top shelf but it beats kung fu by a little. Service has gotten better.
Saw a foodie group review this place, raving about it. To be frank my fiancee and I were rather disappointed. Out of all the bubble tea places I have tried this one comes in last. I had high hopes, adored the ambiance and cute boba tea plushes but thats about it. Who I am assuming was a manager or maybe shift lead had a bad vibe to her, she was talking condescending like to her crew. Not very friendly interaction with me. The girl who rung me up lacked good customer service too and I don't expect my rump kissed but wow...be somewhat nice or welcoming? As for the tea it was simply just alright. My fiancees Sakura tasted so plain for lack of better word and my milk tea was so watered down it was hard to even want to finish it.

Panda Tea House is THE BEST place to get bubble tea in the DMV area!! The bobba always tastes fresh unlike other bubble tea shops in this area, the manager is the sweetest lady and the quality of their bubble tea is 10/10. I drive past multiple bubble tea shops to get to my favorite Bubble tea at Panda Tea house
Worst worst and worst every time something wrong but this time cashier doesn’t care and listen what order I can understand how busy they are but Is not way to treat the costumes, I order 3 ice cream and 4 milk tea bubbles And come over the cashier for missing understood ( I do not want waffles so they say I can add 2 more drinks she took my receipt and no want give me back and only I got my 3 regular ice cream and two drinks , (is not what guest want and pay it’s what they want give )
First off, UBE ALL THE WAY! My absolute favorite drink! Highly recommend! The purple color of the drink itself is just straight up eye candy which is what made me want to try it in the first place. After getting it and absolutely devouring my drink, I had to end it with another one of my favs, the dulce de leche macaron! Every time I’ve gone into Panda Tea House in Dulles Town Center, I’ve had such an amazing experience and have even got to chat with the owner, Lyna, who is such a sweet lady who had even let me sample some possibly new flavors of treats! And HUGE FREAKING SHOUT OUT TO MELANY AND PENNY FOR KNOWING MY BOBA DRINK BY HEART, AND MY ICE CREAM CHOICE BY HEART! Also whoever is in charge of the music at that store, has the best taste! Anime playlists and 80’s Japanese music are the perfect vibe for this store!
