Food was good, when it finally arrived. The place isn't run tight enough to visit on a busy day.90 min wait on estimated 60 min wait. Took 30 mins to get drinks and bread after being sat. Was never offered refills on drinks, managed to track the server down once to get a refill, and then the drink was wrong. Drinks finished after that point were never refilled (pretty expensive price to get just one fill). Was never offered refills on the endless salad and soup. Soup arrived 20 mins after the entrees.. and it was lukewarm (after being told it was made fresh moments beforehand). Server never picked up any dirty finished plates as new things arrived. Just left them all in a clutter around the table. I ate my meal on top of my salad bowl.We were there for nearly 3 hours between the wait and the dinner itself.

At least it was cheap. The minestrone did kit taste of anything; the breadsticks we asked for (without butter) came too late and with butter. What else? Come instead of Coke Zero. With ice instead of without…OMG

Excellent chicken Alfredo the best

The service and the recommendations we received was amazing. Sarah was out service sweetest person you can find. Overall restaurant experience was amazing.

It was a weird experience. I went with my sisters and the place looked amazing and the food was really good, however the feeling we had there was funky. We started eating and all of us collectively felt really weird and almost like we were drugged. The best way I can describe it is that scene from Percy Jackson with the Lotus Casino. It was good food, the leftovers weren't that good however. Good pricing, good food, but extremely weird experience.

Went with my parents today for an early dinner on Valentine's Day. We left at 4:30pm and the line to be seated was really long already. The food was great as always. I never leave regretting the choice to go to Olive Garden.

My mother, sister, and stepdad came here this past Monday or Tuesday (7th or 8th) and the service was terrible. The lady who “served them” discriminated my mother because my sister looks more like her father. They weren’t given the salad or breadsticks starter and when my mother inquired why, she was told it’s now served with each persons meal. Apparently everyone gets 1 appetizer too. Since WHEN have they started doing that. She also tried to assume my mother was lying about her age (she left her id at home) but instead of saying management needs us to confirm your age- she just disregarded her and assumed my sister wasn’t really her kid. Mind you my sister is 16 and my moms husband is 40 something, OBVIOUSLY she’s over 21. But to make things worse the server charged them wrong and took there plates away prematurely. My mom told me she got a 27 cent tip from her but I WISH I had been there because this definitely would’ve been handled by a manager on the spot. Not sure if all the staff is that way but this is a no.

I really like this particular Olive Garden. The location is really pretty. I like to sit out by the lake after eating about 4 bowls of unlimited salad!

The past two times I've been to this OG location the service he been less than stellar. The few things the server was responsible for bringing us were lost to the ether. Not sure if the digital menu is a crutch or not ... we did get what we wanted when we were able to order via the machine. Since most of the food is pre-made [unlike 20yrs ago when I worked at an OG] it is hard to differentiate between franchises. Ultimately, I want a polite server who can bring the few things we ask for [and correctly] and check-up to make sure we are doing fine.

It's nice when you come in as a guest but you end up being welcomed as if it your own home. That's how the staff made my wife and I feel that day. The food was perfect the night was just perfect. Thank you Olive Garden staff for being the best.
