Absolutely horrible. I ordered using the mobile app. When I got there I went to the drive-thru and I was asked to park and wait. When the person came out to bring me my food there was another car parked next to me who would also rolled her window down and the gentleman started speaking in Spanish to her and was trying to give her my food as I'm sitting there telling him that's my food. No that's my food. He completely ignored me and I basically had to snatch my food away from him so he would not give it to the other car. Every time I go to this location I encountered nothing but issues. Last time I went I ordered an iced mocha. I was asked again to park and wait and I was left there for 10 minutes and went inside to ask about my drink and was told the machine was down so they were just going to leave me sitting there and not come out and say nothing. Absolutely horrible. Would not recommend.
It was 5:45 am Friday morning, I stopped in to get a good coffee and #2 with a substitution from round egg to folded egg. The speaker was very hard to understand which was reason for having to repeat my order 3 times. Going to the second Window, I asked the manager what the price was? She became quite angry ?? and kept talking in Spanish. I asked her to speak English so to understand her. She became even more angry and smacked my card into my hand and whipped the bag though the window still speaking Spanish the whole time. If this is how mc Donald's employees are taught to act in minor situations like this,then I and others will patrons will go spend our VERY hard earn money to other companies!!! I find her attitude very disturbing, maybe she mentally can't perform under slight pressures of a work environment.
You guys should be embarrassed of the employees from the management to the employees you guys love to Rob people's money but not give the order that we pay for this would be my second time being robbed from you at this location not having very tough time what's so difficult of you doing your job it's not rocket science if you got horrible employees get rid of them because otherwise it's not so hard to put you guys on blast and social media and it's this McDonald's location
3/29/22 they don’t know how to work they said park and i wait like 20 minutes that’s a lot for a fast food place
They absolutely suck feom taking orders to getting them wrong every single time its never a smoothe process
Always slow. Always incorrect food, cold and messed up. Their menu doesn’t even work on the drive thru.
Pretty bummed out that the iconic double decker one was demolished and replaced with this. Also is appears that the bacon quarter pounder has been downgraded and today's was served on an old crusty bun.
I was asked to pull around and wait for a hamburger and small fry. And then watched my food go parading around the parking lot while they delivered other orders. I could understand if I had ordered something off menu or altered, but REALLY? 8 minutes for a hamburger and fries. Lukewarm when I got them as well.
Took years to renovate from the old building they had. Went from split level to a single one. Cleaner, newer, and the ordering screens inside are nice.The dual drive through has been a nice addition as well. 4 stars because how do you give a fast food joint 5 stars?
Quality of food is as good as you can expect from a McDonalds, but man is the service completely trash. They sent 4 cars to wait outside, and as I'm typing this I'm waiting for my food in a parking spot.
