This location has to be one of the worst. Every morning for the past 2 years i have tried to come to this location for my morning coffee as it is right across from my work. More often than not the machines are down for cleaning. what kind of company cleanse their coffee machines between the hours of 6am and 7am. Why even offer breakfast if you cant order a drink with it. When the staff and management is questioned they shrug it off or are rude. The guess is the staff just dont like making the drinks so they tell the customers they are down. This happens at least 28 days out of the month. GET IT TOGETHER MCDONALDS!!!! You offer the service of providing food. Please hire people who are willing to do that and not people just collecting a paycheck. This store is making your company look bad!!!!
I placed a mobile order (1928) at 2:24 today and received it curbside. Whoever prepared my hot fudge sundae did not take the time to secure the lid. As a result, I got a hot fudge sundae all over my clothes. I am NOT happy.
Terrible!!Never have both booths open to order, waste a half hour just trying to get food!!
Can sometimes be slow on the inside but very fast in drive thru.
I understand that sometimes working is hard, but this place would be nice if they improve customer service
Every day is the same story 15 - 25 minutes for a breakfast in drive thru, but today it was 35 just an egg McGriddle and a large coffee.And I ask for my food they get mad.

I work here. Managers are epic and co-workers are based.
They are awful I had to ask for more jelly for my breakfast sandwiches they gave me 1 pack for 2 sandwiches ?petty staff members
